I found minor leaks from both toilets in my condo on Sunday morning. The plumbing service referred by a friend did not answer their phone nor have voicemail. My condo management office was closed for the weekend so I called Right Away Plumbing after searching Yelp. They answered their phone on Sunday morning (wow) and scheduled me for the next day since I did not feel it was an emergency. Jorge arrived promptly to diagnose that both O-rings on tank bottoms needed replacement. He did not have O-ring parts, but rescheduled repairs for the next day. Work was completed and I am highly pleased with their service. Jorge was very nice and asked me to call if there is leakage so they can return at no additional cost. Their repair cost was reasonable to me.

I reached out to Right Away Plumbing on Tuesday night, and Wednesday afternoon George came over and diagnosed our sink leak. The next day h came back and fixed the leak and installed a new faucet for a discounted price. While working he explained to me the steps he was doing, and things I can do if it ever leaks again.

I used their service to fix leaking toilet from the bottom, they came and told me that wax ring needs to be replaced, they charged me a good amount. After a couple of months later I observed the same issue when I called them and they said their warranty period is over and I'll need to pay again to fix the issue, they were not ready to provide a free estimation and didn't explain to me why their fix didn't work at first time.

I received excellent same-day service from this plumbing company! My problem: the drain auger snake I used to unclog my bathroom tub got stuck in the drain. I called a bunch of plumbing companies and they all were booked and couldn't come for several days, however, Right Away Plumbing sent someone out about an hour later. Their plumber, Jorge, was very efficient - he fixed the problem in a half hour. He was polite, friendly, and kept the workspace clean. He worked very quickly to fish out the auger from the drain. And he charged me a reasonable price. For all these reasons - quick same-day service, polite and very capable technician, and a reasonable rate - I would highly recommend Right Away Plumbing! I am very satisfied with their service!

This place may be useful if you are in desperate need of a plumber immediately because they will see you on the day you call. However, they tried to come out without giving me an estimate and when I asked for one before the visit I was so shocked at the price I took my chances waiting for someone else to come out. They wanted $250 to replace a kitchen faucet which is a very simple job. I found another company to come out the next day for $75.

I called these guys when my water pressure was low on all of my fixtures. After a few minutes we realized that it was just because I hadn't changed my water filter in a while and as soon as we changed it with a new filter that I already owned, everything was fine. I was not told in advance of him changing it what a few minutes of his time would cost, and once finished he asked for $169. I think this is crazy for the few minutes of time it took him and for not even providing the new filter since I already owned it. If he had given me the opportunity, I would have paid the trip fee and changed it myself. They seemed to be knowledgeable, but be careful to ask about cost in advance of them doing any work. I will not be using them again.

These people are thieves and liars. I called them a month ago for a leaking sink pipe, they came out and they supposedly ""fixed it"" but not the right way. A few weeks later now, it's leaking severely again, he did a quick fix which should have been done from the first day, but didn't and charged me another service fee and said I need to pay over $1000 more to have it repiped where they charged me nearly $400 initially for the ""fix"" they did. None of this makes any sense to me. Their yelp reviews are deceiving and I urge anyone to STAY AWAY from this company.
