My husband and I were panicking because we had an issue with our shower faucet gushing water like crazy and we could not find the water valve iround our newish house. I posted on Nextdoor to see if any of our neighbors knew where the valves were in their condos and Jerry offered input on how to find the it, then mentioned that Right and Tight Services could be of service if we couldn't figure turn it off.

SO glad we called him! He was able to come out only an hour later (on a holiday weekend no less) and not only fixed the faucet (turns out a piece inside the faucet was broken and indeed we needed a professional) but found where the valve shut off outside the house was and showed us.

Pricing was very reasonable and he couldn't have been nicer! 10/10.
