I contacted them about a kitchen sink that was stopped up. This was late Friday. They called right back and set up appointment for Saturday morning. They called ahead when they were on their way. They fixed the problem and my renters were happy that their drain was flowing again. They were reasonable and since I couldn't be there I was able to send them a check. I would use them again.

Arrived late. Sat around and waited for the city to check their main for an hour. When the city determined the problem was our pipe they said it would cost several thousand dollars at least to fix the sewer pipe. But they won't bill you or take credit cards. Cash only, due immediately. I got the impression they don't really want to be in business.
