Excellent company to work with! We have used Riggle for over 14 years on numerous residential and commercial projects and they have done quality, trustworthy work every single time. We had a flood emergency after hours last week and they were there within 1 hour and repaired the broken copper pipe in a crawl space. Reading the complaints on Yelp, it seems people don't understand there is a minimum service charge for a business to come out.

I wish I could give zero stars. I called Riggle to come to my house due to sewage backed up in my basement. The plumber looked in my bathroom for two seconds and said, not only, that he couldn't fix the clog, but that it was going to cost us thousands and thousands of dollars to replace the whole bathroom structurally. We had to turn off our water, stay at my in-laws, and call the insurance. After 5 days we called Roto-Rooter for a second opinion. They came and had it unclogged in 20 minutes and said it had not damaged our walls or floors. All he had to do was take off the toilet and he would have seen the start of the clog. Call Roto-Rooter.... NOT Riggle plumbing.

I had a clog that we couldn't dislodge. I called at 11:30. They were here and gone by 12:38. I understood it is an hourly rate. The fee was more reasonable than many I've seen!

I have used Riggle quite a few times. This time, I learned what everyone else is talking about. Small plumbing job (5 minutes and a $20 part). Got the bill for $135. Learned they have a flat ""show up fee"" of $106. So just a heads up, you're going to get hit with AT LEAST $106 + tax no matter what. It's too bad, cause they seem to do good work and nice people. We just never have had a small job before and got zinged with type of billing. Won't happen again though.

Riggle plumbing charges an exorbitant amount of money just to come out to your home and do a repair. I literally had them at my home for 5 minutes to repair an outside faucet and they charged me a hefty flat rate. Go with Kohler plumbing instead.

The company hasn't given me much to review except that they are like all the other companies in town so far that apparently have too much business. They never even bother to return my call after I reached their answering service.

Updated review of Riggle Plumbing. I filed a complaint with BBB against Riggle. BBB contacted me and said they had tried several times to contact Riggle but received no response from them. Certainly proving what an untrustworthy company they are.

Great company, easy to work with on big or small projects. The guys they sent out were hard working, polite and explained what needed to be done.
I would recommend them for any project, if they can work it in there schedule. Always a good thing if your plumber is busy.

Top-notch service. I was told it would be a two-person job for 3-4 days to re-pipe my entire house. Since they knew I'd been without water for quite some time, they sent additional crew and I had running water by the end of day 1, leaving just the finishing touches over the next couple of days, and at no additional charge over the original quote.These guys do NOT waste time, they are busy from start to finish, and they really know their stuff. I highly recommend them and they are first on my list in the future.

After 30 years in the same home, this was the first time we had to call a plumber. Water backed up into the bathtub. We called ""after hours"" and Shane came out and did a great job. He was courteous, professional, not to mention personable. We called the following week to have him come out and clean out the kitchen drain. Because he was held up on a previous job, Kevin came with a trainee. They both did a great job......and Shane stopped in to see how things were going. These guys are great. They have the equipment to get the job done, and it's worth the price!
