This is the first plumbing company that has had the common courtesy to reply to my attempts to hire them for what is probably small jobs. Jessie is totally awesome and despite my inability to speak clearly, she was very helpful and didn't give up on me. I know nothing about plumbing and she made it easy for me by telling me to take a picture of my sinks and toilets and e-mailing them to her. They would bring all items and install.
The appointment was delayed a week because the sinks didn't arrive by the 1st appointment date. Certainly wasn't their fault. The job was completed yesterday and so far, so good. Now on to another small job, kitchen sink and hot water heater. It certainly makes me feel more confidant and secure in any future plumbing problems knowing I have a trusted resource to do all the things my late husband used to do.

Had a bad experience. I'm a new widow and I felt like they took advantage of me. Did not explain things clearly and when I had to call them back, I was charged again. I know nothing about plumbing and depended on them to let me know what they were doing.

I had an outside faucet leaking so wanted to get it fixed before any further cold weather. Riggle Plumbing had done an excellent job at my mothers home recently so I called them and they showed up as scheduled early this morning. Matt and Kevin assessed the situation and carefully measured to cut a hole in my back closet and replace the faucet and inner wall piping with a new commercial grade faucet in less than an hour and also inserted an easy to remove access panel into the hole they cut should it ever need to be accessed in future. Great job.

I've used Riggle Plumbing in the past and throughly enjoyed working with them. They do great work and stand behind their repairs. While I do understand there is a standard price for a service call, and that price goes up with a weekend urgent call, what I was charged was not in proportionate to other companies. I should have used Campbell and Co. which I have as my HVAC company and they have done other plumbing projects.
My technician came out on a Saturday morning within 2 hours as promised. I had a dripping faucet that turns the main water on/off to the house. He turned the compression nut a quarter of a turn. That's it.
Before others jump all over me, yes I could have done that myself. But Murphy's Law always seems to stop by when least expect it if I would have tried it by myself.
I was NOT ready for the bill. The service call charge, granted it was a weekend service, was $176 just to come out. He did give me a discount (how generous) which brought the bill down to $126.00. The more I think about it, I highly doubt it was a discount.
I should have called and used Campbell. I've used them before, both during normal business hours, and a weekend/emergency call. I called Campbell yesterday to see what they charge for a weekend service call. I was shocked at the low price - $76.00 AND the homeowner gets 10% off if they are on their preferred maintenance service program. This too me is a reasonable service charge.
I guess it pays to check around!

This is a fantastic company. My water heater went out, I called them and the new one was installed the same day. The technician was very professional and friendly. His work was great, he was neat and left everything all cleaned up. The lady who answers the phone set the stage with her friendliness and knowledge on giving estimates was excellent.

Thank you so much to Kevin. You came to my house to replace a gas water heater but instead, you noticed that the one I had was in good condition and took the time to replace the suspicious part. You could have come to my house and replaced and billed me, no questions asked because that's what I ordered and instead you replaced a part that was less than $200.00. Thank you so much for your honesty ..and for taking the time to explain things to me. I also want to thank Hillary for answering my questions and not giving me the run around on pricing and services like so many other places did. I called so many places and chose Riggle Plumbing because they took the time to answer questions without making me feel awkward and now I would use and recommend Riggle Plumbing fir their honesty and excellent service. Thank you so much, Vivian

Excellent company to work with! We have used Riggle for over 14 years on numerous residential and commercial projects and they have done quality, trustworthy work every single time. We had a flood emergency after hours last week and they were there within 1 hour and repaired the broken copper pipe in a crawl space. Reading the complaints on Yelp, it seems people don't understand there is a minimum service charge for a business to come out.

I wish I could give zero stars. I called Riggle to come to my house due to sewage backed up in my basement. The plumber looked in my bathroom for two seconds and said, not only, that he couldn't fix the clog, but that it was going to cost us thousands and thousands of dollars to replace the whole bathroom structurally. We had to turn off our water, stay at my in-laws, and call the insurance. After 5 days we called Roto-Rooter for a second opinion. They came and had it unclogged in 20 minutes and said it had not damaged our walls or floors. All he had to do was take off the toilet and he would have seen the start of the clog. Call Roto-Rooter.... NOT Riggle plumbing.

I had a clog that we couldn't dislodge. I called at 11:30. They were here and gone by 12:38. I understood it is an hourly rate. The fee was more reasonable than many I've seen!

I have used Riggle quite a few times. This time, I learned what everyone else is talking about. Small plumbing job (5 minutes and a $20 part). Got the bill for $135. Learned they have a flat ""show up fee"" of $106. So just a heads up, you're going to get hit with AT LEAST $106 + tax no matter what. It's too bad, cause they seem to do good work and nice people. We just never have had a small job before and got zinged with type of billing. Won't happen again though.
