I began my journey in 1973, working summers with my father, Sam Riesen, plumbing new homes and clearing drains.
During the late '70s, I enrolled in heating and air conditioning classes and have been studying emerging technologies ever since.
Since my entry into the field, I’ve witnessed the evolution of four or five generations of furnaces, with water heaters now beginning to advance similarly.
I enjoy the challenges that come with our work, as every call presents a unique problem to tackle.
