Ridgid are pros that just do perfect work and worked non-stop relentlessly for 10 solid hours. you can trust them.

i had to call Ridgid after another plumber screwed up at least two units in a condo with water literally running between floors.

Ridged prices aren't the cheapest but it's way cheaper than paying twice- once for cheap, and once for Ridgid to clean up the mess.

Yelp wants a photo. instead of expert plumbing , here is one of clean floors. Because this is what it looks like after Ridgid has been here all day- perfectly clean.

Water main leak (which I located and excavated myself). I called on a Sunday afternoon and was scheduled for Monday morning. Armin arrived ready to get to work despite the nasty weather. He was punctual, and very pleasant to work with. Armin explained his approach and the risks upfront. He gave me an on the spot estimate and got to work. Everything worked out and our water was back on in less than an hour.

After I called, Armin came in 1hr and found the water heater problems very quickly. Estimation is free. He also helped us fixed some plumbing issues since we were trying to install 2 bidets. He was patient to explain every details and the experience was nice. Overall price is reasonable and I do highly recommend to everyone.

On the snowy day, our house got the big water line trouble. There was a huge leak from the main water pipe right next to the water line valve. I contacted a couple of plumbers but they are the first responder. They quickly came to my house and gave me the reasonable estimate. Originally, I thought it would take at least a couple of days to start the work, but they started the work right away after the sign, then fixed magically 6 hours later. It looked very difficult job because they had to dig the deep 3 feet hole and even they had to get into the crawl space under my house. It was freezing outside, but they kept working very hard until fix the issue. I appreciate their hard work, and it will call them if something critical water issue happens (which I don't want to experience anymore of course though...)

Their team installed my new water heater and did couple of plumbing upgrades and checks at my home. They were also nice enough to come back for checking a small leak without charge. Great service!

Great service, Arash was very knowledgeable. He did all the hard work of taking water out of our kitchen sink to the bathroom. Told us what not to do from this point forward, and also fixed the hardware problems the previous plumber made from the previous owners. The price was a bit higher than I expected from what I talked to other competitors, but we still enjoyed the service and we think it was worth it.

Armin from Ridgid came out when we accidentally cut through our main water line while trenching (turns out 811 doesn't mark the connection from the meter to the house, the more you know!). He was able to get out pretty quickly, had the right parts, and put in a great fix. Armin was also incredibly patient and explained exactly what he was doing, the materials he was using, and why they were the best choice for this type of repair.

We were able to pay directly via Venmo at a small discount which was a nice surprise at the the end of a stressful day with the water shut off. Ridgid was great to work with and we'll definitely be calling them again.

Arash, the owner of the company is fantastic and rectified a bad situation. After my original review, he asked me to contact him.

I called Arash and he came out the evening of our conversation. We showed him our concern and he quickly fixed the knob as well as correcting a small error from the previous installation.

Arash also offered to refund all my money. I told him that was not necessary as I appreciated him making things right, that we could split the cost. He insisted, so not only did he come out immediately, fix my bathroom problem he also refunded me for the trouble.

I believe Arash is a good business man who knows his plumbing, he unfortunately just had a bad employee.

I am now considering having Arash replace my hot water heater. He has restored my faith in his business.

PROs:
Prompt. I called at 9 am and the technician Armin was there at 11 am.
Clean. Shoe protectors, mask on, no mess left.
Professional. Problem solved.
Armin is an asset to this company. He made a very good impression on me and I am going to use Rigid Plumbing in the future. He is experienced, courteous, honest, and really tries to be helpful.

Cons:
Pricing is murky and the bill tends to grow up fast. We finally agreed on the charge, so my experience is positive.
