Arash, the owner of the company is fantastic and rectified a bad situation. After my original review, he asked me to contact him.

I called Arash and he came out the evening of our conversation. We showed him our concern and he quickly fixed the knob as well as correcting a small error from the previous installation.

Arash also offered to refund all my money. I told him that was not necessary as I appreciated him making things right, that we could split the cost. He insisted, so not only did he come out immediately, fix my bathroom problem he also refunded me for the trouble.

I believe Arash is a good business man who knows his plumbing, he unfortunately just had a bad employee.

I am now considering having Arash replace my hot water heater. He has restored my faith in his business.

Prompt. I called at 9 am and the technician Armin was there at 11 am.
Clean. Shoe protectors, mask on, no mess left.
Professional. Problem solved.
Armin is an asset to this company. He made a very good impression on me and I am going to use Rigid Plumbing in the future. He is experienced, courteous, honest, and really tries to be helpful.

Cons:
Pricing is murky and the bill tends to grow up fast. We finally agreed on the charge, so my experience is positive.

We had our bathroom clogged and was getting frustrated as couldn't find plumbing services. Got Arash number from our neighbour and called him. He sent his crew at 11:30 and diagnosed the problem in an hour. After this, they have laid new pipes in no time and tada the clog disappeared magically.

The entire crew is very professional and charges what is needed.

Ridgid was one of the first plumbing companies to reply when I requested for quotes through Yelp. We were wanting to install exterior hosebibs on the side of our house.

They were able to come out for an estimate very quickly, and the price was the best out of multiple estimates I received. Their prices are super reasonable.

Arash & Armin were great and efficient in installing the two exterior hosebibs we requested. Arash answered all of my questions (which I had a ton) leading up to the installation. Armin was really kind, which I really appreciated! I'd hire them again in the future for any additional plumbing needs.

When you really truly need emergency service, call these guys!

I am an out-of-state landlord, so, when my tenant called me and said that they had no hot water and, when he went to check the pilot light on the water heater, there was water up to the heating element, my heart sank.

Not only did I not have a regular plumber or service provider, it was after hours on Saturday night. My first thought was to contact a friendly neighbor who had helped us previously and ask him if he had someone to recommend. I texted him but got no response.

Yelp is always my go to when I don't have a personal recommendation. As I usually do, I look at all the ratings and read the reviews carefully. I requested a couple of quotes and told my renter who I had contacted and that they would be contacting him for more information and for an appointment. Hopefully, it would just be a minor issue.

My neighbor called back and gave me the name of a plumber that he usually uses and I contacted him as well. I did not expect too much since it was a Saturday night and we got no responses. He also told me that, by the looks of the photo that we sent him of the water heater, it was obvious that it had rusted through and probably would need to be replaced. Since the water heater had been in place for over 10 years, we knew that was probably going to be the case.

The next morning (Sunday), we received three responses early in the morning. One of them was from Arash at Ridgid Plumbing and Drain Services. I had my tenant talk to two other companies that had responded but neither of them could come out right away, one being able to come out on Tuesday and the other not until Thursday. Arash told him that he had someone who was out on a call and would contact him right afterwards.

Armin, the technician, was able to come out right away. He confirmed that the water heater had rusted through and would need to be replaced. In addition, he recommended an expansion tank to take some of the stress off of the main water heater and would help prolong the life of the new one. I don't know why, but there had been no earthquake straps so we told him to install those as well as install a new ball valve. He also had to do a little bit of extra work since the gas line was actually blocking the water heater from being removed.

Armin gave me a quote at that time and broke it down for me. It was more than what I had expected, after having priced out water heaters on the Internet, but I realized the extra work and the upgraded Rheem water heater would add to the cost and likely last us another 12 to 15 years. That, plus the fact that they could do the work the next day, convinced me that this would be the way to go. Armin was also very patient and informative and I thought he would do a good job. He didn't have the water heater on the truck with him but promised that he would come back the first thing the next morning with a helper so they would be able to get the job done very quickly.

As promised, Armin showed up at 9 AM along with Sina and they got the job done very quickly. By 11 AM, they were done and he sent me a photo of the installation. They had had to remove the gas line and replace the water heater and then put the gas line back in place.

They cleaned up after themselves and did a very good job. I am thrilled that my tenant was only out of hot water for one day, which was excellent keeping in mind that this was over a weekend.

I also feel very good that any plumbing problems that might come up can be addressed by these very fine gentlemen. On yelp, they have all excellent reviews and I'm very happy to be able to add this to them.

Wow! These guys are dependable, fast and briefly educated me about little things I can do to care for my faucets. Excellent service! Both men wore masks, shoe covers and didn't make a mess. So conscientious. I would highly recommend them.
