I am a grumpy old man and I only endorse businesses that impress me. Arash helped me out when I clogged up our friends' toilet. I felt super embarrassed, but Arash kept a cool head, a friendly smile and a professional attitude. When asked, he provided great suggestions on how to prevent such incidents in the future (type of toilet, type of toilet paper). Also, he came out at midnight in less than 20 minutes and got everything resolved very quickly. We need more of such dedicated plumbers. Thank you Arash!

Our kitchen sink was plugged up and disposal wasn't working within 45 minutes after we contacted Ridgid plumbing Arash showed up and did the whole house evaluation he immediately snake the line cleaned the pipe he was very friendly and experienced he answered all our questions patiently he covered the floor and was wearing shoe covers and he cleaned up after his job price was reasonable and less than others we definitely will use him again and I recommend him to everyone

What can I say. Arash answered my call right away, and sent his technician Reza out that afternoon. He showed up on time and stayed till the work was done. I've used a lot of contractors and repairmen of late, and unfortunately that's not always the case. As far as I can tell, the job was done well (2 leaking faucets and a shut-off valve replacement), though admittedly time will tell. I won't hesitate to use Ridgid again.

I have not needed a plumber in a long time so I was in a position of having to roll the dice to find someone who could fix a serious issue, *quickly*. Arash arrived at my residence within an hour, he immediately knew what needed to be done, some clever improv was required, the job was done perfectly, and he was extremely friendly as well.

I can throw away the dice, I have found my plumber, and could not more highly recommend Arash to anyone needing plumbing services. I have rolled the dice, you don't need to, call Arash.

We had a major plumbing issue on heavy snow day. Our toilet/sewer line was seriously backed up so I had to have my kids to stay at the in-law's house until the problem was fixed. I had an appointment with different company originally in the morning and the owner showed up and when my wife asked him about his methods he got angry and left. We still don't know why he left. We were in panic and called Ridgid plumbing and Arash and his colleague came right away and investigated our plumbing issues. They diagnosed the issue right away and suggested some options to us. The root cause of our problem was the roots penetrated into our sewer line and clogged the line. We had the 2 way clean-out outlet in the yard but we couldn't find it because it was underground and covered by the snow. Arash and his team used the camera and helped finding the spot where the clean-out outlet was buried. They even helped me with digging up the frozen land even though it was not their job and they were not paid. Arash and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and the most importantly customer centric. They took care of us very well and their rate was reasonable. I will highly recommend them to anyone and I will definitely call them again with any plumbing issues.
