Great Job done on replacing our Commercial HVAC Rooftop units at Creative Mirror & Shower. Ridgeway was competitively priced with top notch service and attention to detail. They also saved us a lot of money with Comed Energy Program rebates for replacing old units with newer energy efficient units. Most of the competitors bidding had no idea about this program, which requires Comed certification. The Comed Rebate program saved us thousands on top of an already fair and competitive proposal. Also love the software driven thermostats tied into our computer network for increased energy efficiency ongoing. Great Job and would highly recommend!

Owner James came out and did job in minutes.they use Zoeller sump pumps ,great brand with long warranty. They make sure the
Equipment works before they leave and are very clean and professional.their price was better than other good companies.
Also, I know their work is great as they serviced a Amana heater that was troublesome until RPM helped.

A month after buying a new house the thermostat suddenly stopped connecting with the HVAC. I called Ridgeway Precision on Friday and they were at my house on Tuesday. The technician quickly diagnosed a loose wire and fixed the issue and then also did a tune-up on the a/c, including cleaning the reusable filters and replacing fluid in the unit. They're not the cheapest out there but with both scheduling and performing the work they were friendly and efficient. After my experience today I signed up for a year of maintenance which includes a fall tune-up of the furnace and a spring tune-up of the a/c.

We called James on a Sunday afternoon during a 98 degree day as our AC stopped working. He was over at our house within the hour to diagnose and fix the problem that day. This is the second time we have used James and team to fix HVAC related issues and we would not trust anyone else to do such work. I have used RPM on a couple of occasions and will say they were fast, reliable, and are experts in what they do. We have a relatively new construction that flooded our basement because the people we used when we built the house must have not foreseen how to best protect our basement. James Ridgeway, the owner, saved our basement during our flood by pumping out the water while we were having an emergency after heavy rains. We ended up not having things damaged because of how fast he and his crew acted during our time of need. He suggested adding an extra pit with an additional 2 sub pumps and we added a backup generator because the town I live in constantly seems to lose power. James' plan has worked for us; we have not flooded again and our backup generator provides us with working sub pumps, heating / air and powers most of our house. Having this generator gives us peace of mind!

Most recently we had one of the water lines going to our kitchen faucet burst and flood our kitchen. Luckily we were able to stop the water because one of us was home. We called James again for help and he did not disappoint. Our faucet is an expensive one and he was able to get the company that makes the faucet send out the necessary part needed to repair the faucet (this part was free from the manufacturer) and I did not have to replace the expensive faucet. James went out of his way to find out what we can do to keep the faucet and paying for his time and efforts was well worth the cost.

If you want a job done RIGHT the first time I would recommend calling RPM. Going the ""cheap"" route will only cost you more money in the end. RPM is not the cheapest but they guarantee their work and they are a company that has been in business for a while and will answer their phones and take action in a timely fashion. I will be forever grateful to them for their level of care during our 2 home emergencies. If you own a home, there is always something that breaks and having someone reliable to call is extremely important.

I have used this company on 3 separate occasions. Summer. Winter. and the again Summer. You would have thought that I would not need to see them each season. Suffice to say the last time they came out, the guy went to get a part that cost $60 and charged me $300 for the part and told him while he was there (I saw the receipt and also called the place because I wanted to go and get the part myself). I refused to pay that type of upcharge and paid the remaining balance. When I called the owner (while the repair guy was still there) James acted like he understood and yet I still got a collection notice for $240. I am not saying that they don't know how to repair - you make that decision but what I am saying is that you better check that bill twice because they will in fact gouge you and I have the documentation to prove it. I can also attest to the the receptionist having a variable attitude when it comes to customer service and this is before the price gouge incident. Do your complete due diligence or you could end up paying more than you should. The other reviewers are men, so maybe that why they didn't try it with them.
