I initially hired a high rated plumber in my area that quoted me an extremely high price to replace my water main that was broken by tree roots. They told me I would have to get the county out to move my meter in the yard before they could even repair it (which was an additional cost). I decided to get a second opinion and I'm SO glad I did. I called Ridgeway Mechanical and they came over in about 40 minutes that same day. They cut back the tree roots and replaced my entire PVC water main with PE pipe in only 2 hours! And they gave me a 20 year guarantee on parts AND labor! Their price was about half of what I was originally quoted and they got the job done extremely fast. I'm kicking myself for not calling them earlier. I can't say enough great things about this company and I've recommended them to all my family and friends. Very happy customer!

Called Ridgeway for a toilet discharge/backup, and the owner answered and was very helpful. Said they'd have someone here within the hour, and 30 minutes someone showed up. They over delivered right out of the gate! Jaime came in and took over. Found the issue, removed the clog and was gone in a little over an hour. Price was fair and an overall great experience in an unpleasant situation. Highly recommend if you're ever in need and want someone you can trust. Good to know there are companies out there like this when you're at their mercy.

I noticed a waterfall in the basement crawlspace and called Ridgeway Mechanical. Troy came in about an hour and fixed the leak. Troy and Johnny came early the next morning and replaced just about all of the old horizontal cast iron pipe in the crawlspace....a job well done!

We called Ridgeway Mechanical out of desperation because a valve broke in our irrigation system and our backyard was flooding from the sprinklers going crazy. We tried number of different plumbers (irrigation specialists don't have emergency response) to try to determine what to do but all of them said they don't do sprinklers. When we called Ridgeway Mechanical, I thought we would have to shut off our main water supply and move to a hotel for at least the night, and maybe for several nights until we could figure out what to do. The man at Ridgeway Mechanical was so kind, he explained where to find the irrigation valve, and walked my husband through turning it off on the phone. We offered to compensate him for his time, and he refused. He saved us hundreds of dollars, and we are so grateful. Will definitely use Ridgeway Mechanical again for their honestly and expertise!

Had a water main break and my plumber urged me to contact Ridgeway ... they started off great..sent a crew who tried to repair the leak but no luck... gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote and said they would be here first thing the next morning.. 8 and no sighting.. same a 9.. called and Alan said there was a problem with the truck and they could be out in a little while.. called back at 11, 12 and 1 pm.. no answer.. had a call a second company to do the job (which also charged me less..).. would be a one star rating except for the guys coming out and tried to fix the leak (no charge)..guess they are pretty busy..must be nice..

I called on a Wed evening to schedule a estimate. Ridgeway Mechanical sent a crew out to my house the next morning. I had to work and was worried that I would need to be home but they assured me they could give me a estimate over the phone which they did and I agreed to the work. They called me when they were done and I was even able to pay over the phone. I had to have a sewer main replaced under my driveway. Other companies told me they would have to tear up my entire driveway. Ridgeway Mechanical assured me that they had state of the art art equipment that would pinpoint where the pipes were located and it would be minimum removal of the driveway which they patched up after the job was done. They did a clean job and you can't even tell that work was done. The rate was reasonable and there is even a 20 year warranty on the work they did. The gentleman who helped me was very professional and communicated every step of the process to me. I am so glad I chose this company and definitely will call them for all my plumbing needs.

Ridgeway Mechanical ran a new sewer line for me as the previous one was overrun with roots. They showed me via video what the problem was and ran an new line the next day with speed and professionalism. They buried the new line so well it is difficult to tell a major job took place. Now I have a new sewer line, a twenty year warranty, and no worries that water from my washing machine will flood my home! Ridgeway is honest, professional, and dependable. I will call them for any and all future work--you should too!

thesejerks stink they show up looking like thugs a non lettered truck half ass the job leave the facet taken apart leave for an oring dont finish the job which was not complete and want to collect a 350 fee i rescheduled and they noshowed for two missed appointments when I called to see where they were the owner hung up on me this is a very poor 2 man shop dont waste yiur time on them
