I was paired with these guys through my home warranty company, and I was nervous at first because I had been burned so so badly by another company that I was paired with previously.

I could not have been more delighted by the service at this company. They showed up exactly when they said they were going to, (actually even a little bit early!!) and fixed an issue with my refrigerator in under an hour. The mechanic was also extremely pleasant and professional.

I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a problem with our master bathroom toilet wiggling at the base. I put in a claim with my home warranty company and they put us in contact with Metro Tech. From the first call to the tech coming out this morning, our experience has been great. They were super friendly and responsive to our initial call and the tech came out first thing this morning. It was an easy fix but he was still thorough in checking to make sure everything was in working order. Even chatted and joked with me during the repair. I will always make sure to request them if we have any future needs.

Our home warranty company called these awesome people out to repair 2 plumbing issues and a leaky AC. While there was some back and forth with the warranty company, the technicians were punctual and fast. They explained everything and their boss, Bo Benson, was in regular contact with me keeping me apprised of when to expect the techs. While other companies that do work for our home warranty provider try to upsell customers, not once did anyone from MetroTech try to upsell me on services I didn't need. I am one happy customer.

Bo, Chad, and Ranoldo have all been amazing! They all went above and beyond to get the work done. Chad and Ranoldo who were the techs on site were kind, courtesy, and willing to answer any questions I had. Bo is wonderful to work with and very flexible to get the job done in the best manner suited to the customer. I will definitely be using them again!
