Boiler went out last night, we texted Jim a bit after 9pm and was called back immediately. Jim tried to walk us through a troubleshoot but when the problem was too big Andy showed up first thing in the morning and rapidly fixed our problem.
A++ service, very knowledgeable, efficient and fair. Super friendly.

We had a minor issue with our boiler shutting off and I was having a hard time getting anyone to come out and take a look at it. Andy with Ridgeline took my call and worked us into their very busy schedule. Jim came out the following morning and identified the issue right away. He was able to get the part and install it that morning. He was very knowledgeable, polite, efficient and took the time to explain our system to us. They'll definitely be my new go to company for general maintenance. Highly recommend.

This is a long overdue review that I should have left earlier. The antiquated plumbing in our condo complex caused flooding from our condo into the unit below us. We had a tenant in our condo and the water was shut off in the condo complex to prevent flooding on the 1st floor. None of the plumbers in the Breckenridge area would respond. Andy, and Ridgeline, came over to Breckenridge within a few hours and got us a quick fix so that our guests could return to the condo and the water could be turned back on.

We woke up to a cold house. None of the vendors we had previously used either responded to calls or had someone available to come. We reached out to Ridgeline Mechanical and Jim arrived within 10 minutes. He found our problem, fixed it and was sweet as can be. He also gave us the history of our house and heating issues for years before we bought it, which was a real bonus to hear. I'll have these guys on speed dial. Good competent servicemen.
