Had a well get hit by lightning and Ridgefield Plumbing came out in 20 minutes, They hustled and put in a new pump in 3 hours. Guys were amazing - worked really hard and extremely respectful.

An all around top notch experience - so great to find a company that can not only respond quickly but can actually do the work in a quality way!

The technician, Steve, who came to our house for a variety of large and small projects that had accumulated (replacing an old water heater with a tankless unit, replacing an old oil line, fixing two faucets, replacing an instant-hot water unit in the kitchen...) was incredibly thorough and professional. He and his crew were efficient, communicative, prompt and clean. On the two occasions I had to ask follow up questions Steve came back out promptly and addressed the questions I had. I would highly recommend.

Another No Show from this company!! Their SECOND NO SHOW IN 3 WEEKS. One call for an emergency big job where water is pouring into my basement from a broken water main,
and the the other for a stopped tub drain.
No call, no show - what are they playing at?

Excellent job, I was really happy with Manny. Showed up on time, was very courteous, explained a problem and fixed another issue before I had a chance to ask him to do that, I guess he noticed it. Another plumbing company was not able to fix it and recommended them. My new go to plumbers for sure. I don't understand the comments on pricing, they were the same as others. And a guy complaining about them wearing hoodies, they are plumbers! What do you them to wear?

Amazing service at a reasonable price! We were without water due to frozen, burst pipes. Ridgefield Plumbing & Heating called us back promptly and fixed the pipe. We were extremely pleased with their service.

I have to say they are very responsive and professional manner. Certainly solved our problem. But their price is the highest I have encounter. I think they are double if not triple of what the average maybe. I don't think they care too much about repeat customers, I feel like we are being robbed blind.

Lol guys who go to your house are not shaved, are dressed with hoodies and dirty uniforms it made me wonder rather I was going to get my copper pipes fixed or stolen from me. They do indeed weld very well, also perform a clean job.

Plumber showed up hours late. When he finally got to work, he spent much of his time here just chatting instead of working. He wound up charging us for every word.
At the end of the job, the plumber sat in his van (apparently making phone calls) for 22 minutes. That 22 minute period was added to the time for billing.
The actual job took under fifteen minutes (a simple joint solder on a drained and already exposed pipe.) If I were not disabled, I would certainly have done it myself. I was charged for an hour and 20 minutes of work time PLUS an hour for travel from Ridgefield to Bethel. Travel time was never mentioned when I contacted Ridgefield Plumbing. I asked if they serviced my area and they said yes ... just yes. This is deceptive and is downright thievery.

The plumber left a mess and scratched the floor without apology.
Calls to the main number were not returned. When I finally got someone who claimed to be an owner, he said he couldn't help me because ""the other owner"" had handled the call.
Find someone else unless you have a whole lot more money than common sense.

I wish there were a zero star option.

There was a small drip in the garage ceiling, above which is a bathroom. Try as we night, we couldn't figure out the source. We called Ridgefield Plumbing on a Saturday and they came within the hour. They advised us that it would be at time and a half because it was a weekend but the rate was still reasonable. Instead of dismantling the toilet, etc., Steve opened up the drywall a little and found a pinhole leak in a copper pipe, and fixed it quickly and efficiently! He did a great job of cleaning up during and after. Highly recommended! A++++ !
