He came in a timely manner, didn't hardly talk at all, didn't ever say what the problem was, and when he was done, he just walked away without saying anything. There was no appointment time set up and was just kind of ""when we get there we get there"". The job was done quickly. The receptionist that answered the phone and to call to let us know he was on his way was not very friendly and did not have a pleasant tone while answering the phone. She didn't seem like she cared about what the problem was that needed to be fixed and even though it was just over the phone interaction, she gave the impression that I was bothering her. Overall, the job was done in the end, but we would have preferred friendlier service and I would not recommend them to a friend unless they needed the job done quickly.

Ric's Sewer Service provided a fast response. After calling, Ric was able to come out to my house that day and fix my clogged kitchen sink. Ric is very friendly, courtesy, and knowledgeable. The price he charged was reasonable. Will contact again if we have any plumbing issues in the future.

Thank you to Ric's Sewer. I had my basement floor drain back-up leaving a black sludge all over my floor. Ric came the same day, rodded out the drain, AND cleaned the sludge off the floor. More than I expected! I thought I would have to come home and clean up all of that mess. Thanks Ric! A job well done.

I needed someone after hours. Every company I called was closed, or did not answer. Ric's answered, they were incredibly professional and made me feel like my issue was their top priority and it would be resolved. Their pricing was fair and honest even after hours. Ric's Sewer Service saved me thousands of dollars by unclogging the septic tank outlet and replacing the broken baffle in my septic tank. Other plumbing services I called never mentioned repair ; they wanted to replace the drainfield and / or the septic tank.If you have drain problems, call these guys first !

Ric's is really nice and professional. They even hosed down the basement a little bit after they cleared the line that was backed up.... I felt it was above and beyond what I expected and the price of their service was reasonable.

I had previously hired a well know franchise competing company and they ran the snake into the drain a few feet and declared "" your sewer line is collapsed"" charged me for a full service and left!! Ric's came, ran the snake through the drain several times to make sure all the roots and debris was cleared and ran a fiber optic camera down the line, guess what? NO COLLAPSED LINE! So Ric's saved me the cost of excavation and installation of a completely new lateral the other company was so sure I needed. Plus in a previous job, my sewer line had a damaged pipe, Ric helped me fix it despite saying he really shouldn't.... Not that is was unethical or illegal, just that he wasn't licensed but really helped me out of a jam with a fix that cost less than $20 in materials and what would of probably been a couple hundred dollar bill from a plumber.

Ric's sewer service is highly recommended by myself, I have used them with several of my rental homes and never been disappointed.
