We had work done after Harvey from Ricky Plumbing. Paid him in full even though one of the bathrooms showers wasn't correct. when you turned it on water poured from the shower and the tub spout. ricky said it was the valve.
When we tried to get him to come back and do the work he made excuses saying he was so busy.
So we got another plumber to change out the tub kit. Well that one also had the same issue.
So we FINALLY got him to come back and to fix it. Ricky Plumbing replaced the entire tub kit, told me it was fixed but I couldn't check because they caulked it and it needed to dry. I signed the work order and they charged me $400. the next morning I turned on the tub and it POURED out from the shower and tub spout.
Ricky Plumbing came back and it was decided that they (master plumbers) would do my husbands solution he found online and replace the PEX with a copper pipe. Apparently this issue is a common on with PEX piping.
Because we had another plumber do work it voided the warranty. However Ricky (the owner) said he would split the cost with us and refund us $200.
A few days later he called my husband and told him he was no longer willing to do that.
What a TERRIBLE plumber and human being he is.
STAY FAR AWAY from them.

Lesson learned I will never sign anything until completely satisfied.

Keep looking for another plumber these people are not honest and don't back up there work. Paid them to hook a pipe for my sprinkles and hooked up a dead pipe and charged over 500 dollars called them back to finish the job that was not completed the first time and charged another 233 dollars. Don't sign any of there paper work until you know for sure the job is done.
