Thanks to Ricky Jay Plumbing. What a great team, responsive. Thanks Bart and team. They were on site within a half hour and repaired the broken pipe at our Dollar General on Washington Road. All completed within hours. Thanks again for getting this done, I know the staff at the Dollar General appreciates having working plumbing again after someone hit our back-flow preventer with a car. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend this company!! Big thank you to Ashley and Kevin, yall are amazing and such a big help. Our toilet started clogging up last night, and even after plunging wouldn't do anything. Fast forward to the morning, we use the shower & other toilets & our washing machine. Apparently the washing machine was the last straw because so much brown stuff poured out of the toilet... use your imagination on that lol. I called around to so many places and most didn't have anything until either a couple days from now or next week, which I totally understand with all the hurricane damage. I called RickyJay and he came almost immediately, we are so thankful for him. Luckily it was a pretty easy fix. We will 1000% be using them from here on out, and they get brownie points for proving a military discount.

I have wanted to leave a review for a while. Ricky Jay's plumbing (Kyle) has always been reliable and honest. They have saved me money and given me good tips when I had minor problems. Also, I bought a home warranty and was sent another plumber who told me a minor drip would cost $1000 not including drywall and paint repair. I decided to go outside my warranty and paid Ricky Jay's and asked for Kyle. It was a simple fix of replacing a washer! The cost was minimal. They also have been quick to respond like the time the city shut off my water because I had a leak where my water meter was. Ricky Jay sent Kyle the next morning and bam it was fixed! Please use them if you want reliable and honest plumber.

My pipe burst after the super cold freeze. This business was recommended my a childhood friend of mine. I called and they came out on Monday after Christmas. Super fast and great work. The gentleman was so nice, and he had water back on in 30 minutes. I could not be happier. So glad I have found a great plumber.

Had a leaky Rev.Osmosis System (RSO) and a leaking attachable bidet. Called RickeyJay and they sent out within 24 hrs. a young experienced and knowledgeable fella named Ronny who was able to fix both with the right tools in less than an hour. It was simply superb and I have had no leaks since then. The RSO was fixed in the nick of time as Hurricane Helene hit and we had access to safe filtered water. Kudos to them. The best plumbing service I have had in the Evans/CSRA area. Their fee of $150 per intial visit was a fair price for the expertise I received. They are a Keeper for sure. Note: I do not use Google to do reviews as it is too invasive linking up everything we do online (android fones with embedded tracking in all apps on your fone).

I've used Ricky Jay for a couple jobs at my home and my work used them for an issue at the office. I've had a water heater replaced, and recently had old waste piping in my crawlspace replaced. In the office we had a leak upstairs which they found and fixed quickly. Always on time, and very knowledgeable. They call ahead before showing up for appointments, which I appreciate GREATLY. I definitely recommend and would use them again.
