After dealing with another company for years, their service and reliability became questionable when ownership changed. We needed a plumber to check out two issues on two different toilets in my parent's home and called Heath Ricky Plumbing. Quick response time, knowledgeable, efficient and very fair pricing. First day a no show , I decided to give them a second opportunity the next day and both guys showed up wreaking off weed then tell me they tell me they cannot just replace one pipe but have to replace all of them for $8,000 get out of here wasted my time

Had company come out to fix drainage/overflow problem in basement. Spent over $200 and one day later the same problem occurred. Called them back for help and they informed me I would be charged the same price, there is no """"guarantee because they don't know what we put down our system"""". Now our basement is flooding with more damage.

Best plumber I have used in Macon since moving here from Utah. I had a leak in the ceiling over my den and when I called I got to talk to Ricky Heath since he answered the phone. That says a lot since most business owners do not answer the phone or talk to you. He got a plumber to my house that afternoon and I was glad I called them. The price was cheaper than other plumber I called on phone. I would tell anyone that needs a plumber to call this company, they are nice to work with and do a good job.
