A DYI'r I attempted to correct an issue and found myself needing quick service. Made a call to Rick's who came highly recommended by a neighbor for their response time and they did not disappoint! The team arrived and in a matter of 30 minutes had my system up and running, bad reflection on my DYI capability but extremely pleased to be up and running at a very reasonable cost and in short order.

Rick's will be my go to going forward!

Long story short...These guys were great! Our well pump failed. We assume due to recent lighting strikes in the area which -as per Brett - caused issues for many of his other customers. My hurdle was not knowing where the well was on the property (no surveys available and prior owners were deceased). Brett found it in record time buried under 6"" of soil & grass. Very impressive. His crew came out next day to install the new pump at a reasonable cost. I am so very grateful. Will be my 'go-to' going forward. Thank you!

Brett performed a well inspection ahead of our home purchase and was able to identify a leaking valve. After our purchase, we had Brett come back to replace the valve and perform annual service on our pressure tank. Fast and reliable service.

I lost water pressure on Christmas Eve (Saturday) due to a well pump failure. I called Rick on Christmas Eve and he told me he was able to come out;however, if I was able to hold off till Monday the service would be cheaper on a non-holiday (that was really honest and nice of Rick). Monday came and Rick was at my front door at 8:30 a.m, as he said he would be. Rick diagnosed it was a bad pump; he replaced the pump in a couple of hours; and he charged me a very fair and honest price. I recommend Rick's professional services.
