These ungrateful people came to our house after their appointment time on a Saturday. Due to a backup overflow of the septic system. Landlord call them Friday afternoon and told them we needed them asap. We had sewage coming out of every drain in the house. These so called plumbers show up around 12:30 Saturday. Leaving us to use a bucket as a bathroom which isn't easy when you have 2 steel rods in your back and are facing extensive surgery because one of the rods is twisted! He came out snaked the drain pulled nothing up mind you but told the landlord it was cat litter because he saw an old faded litter bucket out side I use for dyeing shirts! WE DONT OWN CATS!!! These people have put us in a crossroads with our landlord!! He also told our landlord we wouldn't let him in the house to change the filters. HE NEVER ASKED!!!!! HE WAS HE 10 MINUTES.
THESE PEOPLE LIE. THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM OUR LANDLORD OUT OF MONEY. DO NOT USE THEM PERIOD.

Not only did they not clean up the mess they made under the kitchen sink, they were going to charge extra to use a credit card (this has never happened before). One of them asked to use the bathroom, I said ok, I failed to remind him to put the toilet seat back down, so he left it up.
I was prepared to pay $175 but it came to $189, just to clean out the kitchen sink trap. I'm on a fixed budget, so this little "extra" means less medications this month. I won't be using them again.

We have used Rick's Plumbing services on multiple occasions for everything from clogged drains, installation of new hot water heater and water shutoff value.

The staff is always on time, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We have had bad experiences with other companies here in Granbury with overcharging by inflating hours worked. We have not experienced this with RIcks.

Definitemy pleaded and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

The scheduler did not promise a day or time due to the over load of business after the snow/freeze we had in February. I was over joyed when they showed up the same day I called! The men worked efficiently putting in a new hot water heater. Very impressed!

Excellent service. Ernie installed a chair height toliet for my husband who is having a knee replacement. He worked quickly and efficiently - did a beautiful job. He was polite, courteous and charming. After I paid him - he asked if he could say a prayer for the success of his surgery. We were very touched and grateful. Highly recommend them.

These guys are fantastic! When I first moved into the area, I had problems finding a good plumbing company. A friend recommended Rick's and I've been using them ever since. Just now, after having run over a yard faucet and breaking it, I called and they were out within a few hours. They dug it up, fixed it and had my water back on in short order. And, considering they answered my call within a few hours, the cost was very reasonable.

We have used Rick's on several occasions and have NEVER had a bad experience. They called 30 minutes ahead of when they were to come, they arrived on time, they were neat and professional, and the jobs were always done correctly, with the promise that if the job had a problem within 30 days, no extra charge. The senior discount helps tremendously. I will, and do, recommend them in a heartbeat.

Came out to fix a clogged kitchen sink. Left and within the hour it was clogged again. Called them to come back out and they said they'd have to charge us again!!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! INEXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS!!! Expect multiple visits and multiple days off work to deal with their crap. They'll come for the initial visit, enter your garage without permission or announcing their arrival, take your money, not fix the problem, then leave without testing their work. Have spent two days trying to get a hot water heater fixed, that's under a year old, three visits, multiple techs, then they wanted to charge for a weekend service fee when if they'd had fixed the issue first round, we wouldn't have had to call on a weekend visit. Each visit tech wanted more money, for different services and different parts. Asked for a refund since they obviously cannot fix the problem, and they refused. We put a stop payment on first check since they did NOT fix the problem and after their customer service was YELLING at us for requesting it be fixed or a refund issued. They refused refund, wanted to send a 4th tech out in two days. We obviously want to go somewhere else. Completely unprofessional!!! SCAM SERVICES!!! WATCH OUT!!!
