Had a toilet that refused to flush, lines clogged. Called Rick's plumbing, and they sent Cody out to fix it. They scheduled me quickly, and I was more than satisfied with his work, and he also patiently explained the issue to me, what he suggested should be done, and quoted a reasonable price for it. Toilet is flushing fine now. Recommended.

They were recommended to us by a friend. The first job they did for us was okay. After that it began to cost more plus the problem was never completely eliminated. After thousands (over $10K) of $$$ worth of work with two sewer lines being replaced, one that required tearing out concrete, and other calls in between for stopped up lines, we still have overflowing toilets and a backed up tub and washer line. We finally gave up and are calling someone else who, prayerfully, will finally actually FIX the problem. I don't like posting negative reviews but felt I should this time.

Seniors Beware! This company showed up to my Mom's house and had her sign work orders for over $3000 worth of work. The work seemed to be quality but the charges excessive and they hard sell a Preventative Maintenance agreement for $129 per year that results in money for nothing. The estimate was made for the work and agreed to by her and the final bill was much more. They even charged her for another Maint. Agrmt for $129 when she still had one that didn't expired until 8/22. They are difficult to deal with if it's their fault but apparently are even tougher to get money back from. I take care of all my Mom's business and they caught her in a weak moment in order to line their pockets. I consider that to be the lowest thing a company can do is take money from an older person who is confused and being taken advantage of. Please be very suspicious of any dealings with this company and these people.

I could write a page on these guys but the fact is it was just horrible customer services. I would highly recommend you finding another service. If you do have an issue you will have a hard time getting anyone to return a call and when they do it's a complete continued waste of time.

I called to ask for a quote and even asked for them to come out and take a look. I have yet to hear back from them and it's a week later. If that's the kind of response then I certainly don't want them doing the work.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! The lady on the phone was screaming at me for something completely fabricated. They tried to bully me into paying a fraudulent charge. Steer clear from these people. Their employees get their crooked ways and poor attitude from the owners. Especially the "lady" that answers the phone.

These guys came highly recommended . However, I cannot leave the same impression. The price was right, but it seems you get what you pay for. Not mentioning some very unprofessional actions that I chose to overlook. The job was left unfinished. They failed to put in valve covers that were agreed upon and reminded about on several occasions. They didn't even back fill the digging that was required for the job. Supervisor came out and talked a good talk but in the end he stopped short of fulfilling his promises as well. If you have other options I would consider them.
