Hired Rick , paid him $5,000 up front to dig a french drain, my wife told me I should have known better, didn't know anything about him, I had a serious problem with water in my basement with all the rain, on thursday he didn't come to work, friday , he did't work, saturday he worked 4 hours, sunday he wanted to work but he never showed up, monday he worked 3 hours, the following week he moved his equipt to start working for someone. else, he had my money , guess its time to rip someone else off, I told him to take his equipt and not come back. his quality of work was also very poor, I would not recommend him under no conditions, if you want more information look him up under the better business burea

Usually Rick's is my go to for plumbing work. This time, I needed a shower fixed, so Rick's was hired for the job. I was charged $130 dollars, which I paid... later I noticed that the shower was not completely fixed, so once again I called Rick's to inform them of the work not being corrected, so they came out & stated that I needed to pay $50 for the work that needed to be done, I was taken by the fact that I'd already paid $130 for them to fix the same problem. So after talking it out, they stated it was a different problem, and that a part would have to be ordered. It's been over a month, still waiting for the part, still calling Rick's only to hear that they'll call me back. Very disappointed

Highly recommend these professionals. They came to our rescue with a busted pipe and thoroughly checked our lines which revealed a hard to find leak. They stayed in communication (which is WONDERFUL) and fixed both problems. Will absolutely use them again.
