My garbage disposal stopped working and after trying multiple things to fix it I looked for professional help. The first plumber I called made an appointment and never showed. Rick's on the other hand confirmed the appointment right away, confirmed they were coming that same morning and showed up exactly on time. The plumber was professional, quickly resolved my problem without having me purchase a new unit or pay for extra time, on top of that he gave me some great steps to follow next time I had an issue and left magnet business cards so I can have their number handy. The thing I appreciated most? They were friendly towards my animals even through they were initially under foot until I could remove them all. I will definitely call Rick's next time!

I really hate to change a review but the site wouldn't let me remove my initial review. My initial encounter was excellent however, I was told that if there was an issue with the repair I could call and let them know and it would be addressed. Unfortunately there was an issue and after numerous calls and attempts to get the issue resolved, including offering to pay for a second service, our calls were not returned and the problem was not corrected. If you are looking for a business that keeps their word, keep looking.

To the Florence, Timmonsville and surrounding areas. I would recommend that you use Rick's Plumbing for all of your indoor/outdoor needs. Rick and his staff came and replaced our pipes underneath our home yesterday and done an amazing job with no hesitation nor complaining. I can truly say that he is very dependable and honest and it's hard to find that kind of service nowadays. We will be contacting him with the fixing of our pipes in our 2nd bathroom. Rick, you get 5 stars from me dude. Keep up the good work!!
