My parents used Rick plumbing for years and now I'm doing the same. The service, professionalism and responsivenesses are far beyond expectation. They provided and installed all plumbing and heating products in my new home and the experience has been flawless.
I know they will stand behind their products and work well into the future. Knowing I can call at any time is a value you don't know you appreciate until you need it.

We had Rick himself and another man replace our bathroom floor and toilet due to a long leak in the toilet ruining half the floor. They did a VERY poor job with the flooring. The linoleum has screws poking up all over from the wood they put down underneath - at least 12, and it's a small bathroom. There are also cracks where they didn't butt the underlying flooring up to the next piece well enough. There is a place where they didn't measure the linoleum well and had to splice a small piece in, which looks bad, and the caulking they used the stick the molding back on the wall is very sloppy. I asked for a partial refund, to offset the cost of having someone redo it, and he refused, saying he we would redo it free of charge. I declined, not believing he was capable of a professional job. He also claimed he WOULD refund the $60 I paid him to snake our tub, since he didn't remember to do it any of the three times he came out, but three weeks later he has not refunded it. I would NOT recommend him for any remodeling work, although he claims on his website and craigslist ads that he can - that his company has MILLIONS of satisfied customers. The reasons I am giving him two stars is that he did replace the toilet and the leak is fixed.
