Rick is great! He is knowledgeable, so he doesn't waste time. We had a complicated issue with hot water coming out the cold tap. He research it until he found an original washing machine valve the was allowing mixing of hot and cold water. He replaced it in a professional manner at a reasonable cost.

i do not care what anyone will say, or is saying about rick's plumbing (rick's plumbing is the bomb). i have had rick at my house three times for three different jobs, and he is professional, always clean, explains in detail what the job will cost, and why. rick is very knowledgeable, and he does not waste time. rick gets the job done in an efficient manner, and he does the job right. rick's prices are very competitive, and he is not greedy. rick does not cut corners. quality is his top priority. i am so greatful for rick's plumbing, and i will always use him for my plumbing needs. thank you very much rick, and keep up the wonderful work. 10 stars for sure.

My family has needed Ricks services several times in the last 15 years for varied issues from a slab leak, to installing a clean out, and general repair, including opening up a wall .All service was of professional quality, and prices that are reasonable. His drywall work is very good. His plumbing skills, even better. Have referred to others, and will continue to do so. Rick also replaced a condensate line for the A/C that was very difficult to access. He made it look easy, and I know it wasn't.

I started my Monday with our water heater leaking in the garage. I gave Rick a call and he was there within 30 minutes. In less than 2 hours, the water heater was replaced with a new one, and i have to say, one of the most best looking installations that i have seen. I have been in the commercial / industrial waste business for over twenty years, so i have seen an installation or two.

Rick provided helpful recommendations and did a bit more work at no additional charge. I found the fees charged to be well in line and were a tremendous value.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience, value, courteous, professional service. I like to work with small local business's, Rick's Plumbing is a great example of a local business that you can depend on.

We have been using Rick's Plumbing for over 5 years now. Wouldn't use anyone else. Always reasonably priced and courteous, and definitely knowledgeable about all things plumbing related. He shows up when he says he is going to show up and works hard. We highly recommend his services.

What a jerk!!!!! He comes in and tells us that if he has to take his shoes off and on it would be a problem. He then pulls his arms and hands up and says"" tell me right now if you want me to look at it but I'm not gonna take my shoes off"". We took his offer and showed him the door. Who comes to any home with dirty shoes and refuses to do his job if he has to take his shoes off. His attitude was pompous with a Hint of racism, mentioning it must be a cultural thing... Um no it's a clean thing. My husband mentioned that we had young kids! He says "" I got kids so what!"" He is very very egotistical like he has plenty of jobs and doesn't need to be respectful or service-oriented. In any case, don't work with a jerk. Don't know if he's any good at his actually job because his attitude didn't allow for us to get there.

Awesome! I can't remember the last time I was this happy to spend a few hundred dollars on professional work.
After having 3 local plumbers come out and quote me on replacing a tub and shower valve, I came across Rick's Plumbing and am SO thankful I did.
Other plumbers quoted me twice as much for the work (probably because they saw my DIY house coming along and figured I was happy spending money on professional work when I've actually done all the work myself).
Rick gave me a price over the phone, and during our conversation I mentioned, ""I also have the wall open already so you can see all the plumbing.""
His reply, ""Oh, then I can take off $50-60, so it will be even less.""
Wow, WOW! Honest, friendly and experienced.
He has pricing posted on his website unlike all of the other plumbers who came out. He didn't look at the job and say, ""I'll call my office real quick to get you a quote"", like all the other plumbers did.
He pulled up early, was patient while I spent 20 min cleaning the work area (I expected him at 8am but he got there at 7:30!), he surveyed the job, got to work, and after 2 hrs charged me exactly what he said he would.
Rick also told me of possible options for future bathroom plans we have, and when I'm ready to remodel I know EXACTLY who will be doing my plumbing, Rick's Plumbing.
I am so happy I came across Rick and his company and will be recommending him to all my neighbors.

I needed to replace my water heater and called Rick for estimate. He gave a very fair price over the phone and he was able to come out on a Saturday to do the work. He showed up on time and did a great job with the replacement. He even went a step further by restoring the drywall and the wood base that was damaged from the leak. I've heard many times from plumbers that they won't do the drywall repair. You can tell that Rick takes pride in his work and completes the job with high standards. I would definitely use Rick again.

I had plumbing issue of my toilet. I found Rick on Yelp and contacted him right away. Rick came to my house and really spent a lot of hours and energy to fix my problem. Instead of cutting the wall and the pipe, Rick tried three different ways to resolve the problem. most important, Rick went to Home-Depot to purchase canvas to cover my carpet and floor because he tried to keep my house clean; after the job was done, Rick put everything back to their original spot. He does care about his customers and really responsible. I really appreciate his help and he saved me a lot of money. He will definitely be my go-to guy if I have the same issue in the future.
