Rick saved the day. I woke up and planned to take a shower like most mornings only to find cold water coming from the shower head. After attempting to relight the pilot on the water heater I found no luck. At 7AM my wife called Rick and asked for help.

Rick was upfront, honest and friendly. By 745 he was at our door seeing how he could help. A couple hours later we had a new, professional grade water heater installed and for less than we had paid for our previous inferior one. The work was done quick and with no mess. Too often I would have to follow up behind previous plumbers cleaning up water and dirty footprints but not Rick.

We will definitely be saving his number and using him for any plumbing jobs around the house.

We had a faucet which, after more than 50 years, decided to leak near the angle stop. I called Rick who showed up when he said he would and quickly installed new angle stops and a new faucet I had purchased recently. This is now the third of fourth time I have used Rick's plumbing in about as many years and I have always found him prompt, thorough and highly capable. His rates are very reasonable as well. Kitchen sink was leaking onto outside patio every time we used the water. Rick came out next day! Took a look & fixed it the following day. He had to make a hole in stucco wall & drill my patio but he found the cracked pipe. He also fixed another section of piping that was going to be my next problem. Additionally, he offered to stucco the hole in wall outside & concrete the patio! A+ in my book.

I called Rick one morning and I told him that I wanted Bradford White 50 gal hot water and he gave me no bullshit answer. He told me the reasonable price and he is going above and beyond what I expected.
He even put a piece of plywood underneath my water heater, so my water heater would stay level and neat. I have been dealing with so many other plumbing company before, but Rick is one of a kind. We stopped getting hot water and were worried whether we would be able to get someone to come in to fix our water tank in such short notice and with the government lockout order due to coronavirus had us concerned. Rick's plumbing had installed our new water tank in 2017 and did an amazing job then and we had to call for his services again. We were relieved when Rick confirmed to come by the same day. A part had to be ordered from the manufacturer that would take 4 business day. However Rick went above and beyond to call his local suppliers and find the exact part needed. He drove from Brea to La Palma to get the part and came back to replace it. He wanted to make sure our family had hot water and he did not even charge us for the house call because he said we were under the warranty even though we insisted to cover at the very least for his gas cost but he still refused. I recommend Rick for all your plumbing and water softener services. He is a super nice and very friendly person and got the job done so quickly. I will recommend his service to all my friends and family. He was just the best!
