Recently, I had Rick do some plumbing work in our home. He responded very quickly to our initial estimate request. He was on time to do the estimate and the estimate was fair and reasonable. His work was very professional and very well done. We are very pleased. He is very knowledgeable and helped us understand the work they were recommending. The Softener and RO system are working great. We would definitely use them again.

If you are looking for a awesome Professional plumber look no further. Ricks plumbing can do it all. Called him on Thursday and he installed my water heater on Friday. Also moved my washer and dryer location and had to reroute the dryer vent outside.

We had a plumbing issue occur one evening and decided to give Rick a call thinking we would leave a message for him to return the next morning. Not only did he take our phone call, but he successfully diagnosed the issue over the phone-- a broken water softener. Rick installed a new water softener, a reverse osmosis system, and a kitchen faucet. We are happy with everything he did. Rick was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He even called 5 days later to check and see if everything was working well (It was!). We will definitely call Rick again for any of our plumbing needs!

I am so grateful and relieved. IF YOU NEED AN HONEST PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER (DONT HESITATE) TO CALL RICK! I saw Rick's stocked, commercial truck pull up and TWO MEN stepped out prepared to work. I showed them my newly installed sink (that someone hooked up wrong; it leaked) Rick said he'd refigure it. I also needed the outside corroded and dripping faucet replaced. I was quoted $150.00 for everything. After working on my sink Rick found that I needed a new strainer. I said I'd gladly pay him for it. But, he said he'd take care of it. I saw both professionals check their own work, then each other's! They made sure to clean up after themselves. They know what they're doing, they get right to it; they were in and out like lightening. What just happened? I am in a daze! I have one word for Rick's plumbing; AMAZING! And two wise words for you, ""CALL THEM.""

Found Rick through a referral from Sam L. I was all set to purchase a water softener/reverse osmosis system from one of the big box stores until I found out that Rick also sells and installs a water softener system (with a warranty to boot!) for only a little more than buying my own system and finding someone to install it.

Rick did a fantastic job. Like everyone has said he is friendly, honest, professional and very knowledgeable. He tells you what needs to be done, and doesn't try to upsell you stuff that you really don't need. He arrived on time to do the install, walked us through what he did after the installation, and made sure everything was cleaned up after he left.

What sets him apart from other plumbers I've worked with is his follow-up. Most of the contractors I've hired do their job, collect their check, and leave. Rick took the extra step of contacting me a couple of days later to make sure everything was working and that I was happy with my new system (Yes, and yes). He thought there may have been an issue with the RO system that he installed so he went out of his way to come back and check, and then contacted the manufacturer to make sure it was working as designed (it was!). How many other contractors would do that for you?

If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Rick.

It was late afternoon and we had no water, found Rick on yelp and called him and he said he could be there in a couple of hours (and he was) Rick did a great job of fixing the main water valve at our house. He was quick at fixing the problem and did it for a very fair price

Needed to install water softener at my house and luckily we found Rick to help. Called him on Saturday, he showed up on Sunday to do estimate, Monday to start installation, and finished on Tuesday. Softener works as expected. What a prompt and professional service!

Some plumbers will leave wall opened after their work saying it's not their responsibility to close it. Rick not only closed the wall but did it so professionally. Also he did some extra work to clean up some old pipes and reroute some water lines. Really appreciate his help, highly recommended!!!

Found Rick on yelp like many of you and saw the reviews were pretty good. Like everyone else that had given a 5 star I can't say anything different then the other Yelpers. I called Rick to repair my water heater. He came on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable on the issue of why the heaters pilot light would not stay on. He was very quick and through on removing and replacing the bad part as well. Didn't leave any mess behind, cleaned up all the excess debris from the heater.

Long story short, I have hot water again thanks to Rick. Definitely would recommend to others.
