We had leaking water heater. Called at noon on a Saturday and Rick came a few hours later. Fixed our problem in under 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

I called Rick at 7 a.m.and he was able to come out that afternoon. I was very grateful for that as we had no hot water. We decided to get a new hot water heater, rather than try and repair. He and his helper did a great job on the installation of the new hot water heater in my garage. They left everything very clean when they were done. Rick even noticed that a repair was needed above the hot water heater, where you could see daylight. He repaired it at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend Rick's Plumbing!

So I got a call from my wife about a growing pool of water in the garage. I was hoping it was just my earthquake readiness supply, but on further inspection it was coming out from the wall between the drywall and the slab. Gave Rick a call and like usual he answered right away. I traded some pictures back and forth and luckily for me the leak was above the slab.

Rick came out the next morning and went straight to work on the leak. It was in a tight area, and it may have been easier for him to go through the drywall on the other side which is in my son's closet. Rick, being the considerate professional he is, handled it through the garage wall so as not to disrupt my son's closet which has one of those installed closet organizers.

Rick is one of those guys that takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. He never leaves something half done and when he leaves the problem is solved and you don't have to worry about whether you just got ""screwed"" on the price or craftsmanship. He only charges you for what needs to be done and has never tried to up sell me on any of his visits. He also adjusted/fixed something I hadn't noticed with the water heater and the toilet in my hall bathroom.

With a fifty year old house things are bound to come up here and there, and I am honestly grateful to have found someone I can trust to get the job done the right way at a fair price.
