It's been a few years since we've needed or called on plumbing services for our home and we had sadly forgotten old contacts to turn to so we checked the Nextdoor app and saw that a few neighbors HIGHLY recommended Rick. I called him on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to squeeze us into his very busy schedule the following Monday. Rick is the instant-favorite-long-lost uncle you need in your life: honest, straight forward, reliable, efficient, personable, hard working and he has so much integrity. Not only is he incredibly thorough with his work but takes the time to walk you through what work is required along with the materials used (if you'd like to know). His pricing is beyond fair and reasonable and he does not overcharge you nor try to sell you on what is not necessary. He makes solid recommendations that I felt I could trust. He only left our home about an hour ago after completing work on our tankless water heater and a toilet but I knew I had to write him a review right away. I am beyond impressed and grateful for his work and am already planning to call him for another job we need to have done after the holidays. I would HIGHLY recommend him to all my friends, family and neighbors.

Rick did a very difficult shower/tub faucet install today.
Had to work through a small opening, to install the part and braze the copper pipe. He was on time and a great guy to talk to, totally trustworthy
person.
Its obvious he knows what he's doing, his skills can only come with time on the job. His price was more than fair, for such a hard job. I stood and watched him work, hoping to learn something, what I learned is plumbing is a difficult profession and Rick knows his stuff.

He is my go to guy, when it comes to anything plumbing related.

1st time using Rick's Plumbing. Light work changing out old frozen valves to new qtr turn throughout the bathrooms. Very quick to respond, fast without frills or upsells. He noticed we had a water softener and checked water as well. Recommend!

Recently my water heater was acting funny. It was spraying jets of flame into the boiler of the water heater. Learned from Rick that it was the ""pilot""ignition going bad. Rick installed a new water heater as well as replaced the filters from the reverse osmosis water system that were installed over two years ago. Rick was professional and efficient. He did a clean job and was pleasant to deal with. Would recommend Rick for all plumbing work.

Rick's Plumbing comes through for me every time. Since my last review, I've had to call Rick back out to my house on numerous occasions to fix and/or update many things. My husband and I are remodeling, upgrading and updating everything under the sun! Rick has now remodeled 2 bathrooms at our house, installed a reverse osmosis system and water softener, replaced our ""awful"" water heater with an excellent one, replaced several hose bibs and related pipes, crawled under my house numerous times and is now installing a sump pump for drainage issues in my back yard. Rick takes pride in his excellent work and aims to make things right!!! I can't thank you enough Rick's Plumbing! You are truly the best plumber ever!

Where do I begin with how awesome Rick is? I called him years ago because we wanted a water softner and he came by that same day and gave us a free quote. He then had the water softner installed two days later. I then called him several weeks later because our washer hook ups were leaking, and he came by and fixed that AND put in a new drain for our bathtub. I've called/texted him numerous times and instead of charging me he has given me free consultation over the phone. Then today he came and replaced our reverse osmosis system, fixed the leak under our kitchen sink, put new pipes AND replaced our faucet. Rick did so much work for us and has never charged and arm and a leg. I would say he undercharges for how much work he does. My wife is a hard person to please and never trusts anyone but she is always happy with Rick.

Rick is amazing! 3 months ago, he repaired our shower for us (complete replacement with a new shower head and valve) and it was just perfect. He did everything including drywall.
About a week ago, he installed water softner for me. It works perfect and there is no noise at all (unlike the one I used to use.. which drived me crazy).
Rick knows how to make customers happy! He's awesome.

I had a 2 year old Rheem water heater from Home Depot that failed and was recalled for exchange. I decided to replace mine so that I would not have to deal with HD warranty and private label substandard product. Rick came out immediately to review my complex indoor closet with both furnace and water heater tightly woven inside. He recommended not going with tankless and to replace with a similar model from a distributor that he would warranty for 6 years. He recommended adding a drain line into the the raised foundation to make sure my interior was safe from any malfunction and he noticed that the venting was never installed properly which probably caused the malfunction. Rick took his Sunday evening to remove and prep the closet for an early morning delivery and install on Monday. He quoted a very reasonable price to re-plumb the galvanized to copper in the closet (the rest of my plumbing was already copper) and to reset the recirculation pump. Rick worked tirelessly with MacGyver ingenuity to get the new water heater into place which was not an easy feat at all. He noticed that there was a leak in the anode rod which required a specialized tool which he left to find and immediately repaired. He left no stone unturned and created an expert assembly with closet in better condition that when he arrived. He even fixed the doorknobs on the closet! He was polite, timely, and delivered on all promises. He even tested my water and checked my water softener to make sure everything was working on par. Rick is a Fullerton guy with a great manner and a top notch professional.
