I called to get some work done. They lady told me she'd get with Rick to see when he's available and she'd call me back. I didn't hear back so I called the next day and the lady says they ""are just too busy to go look at it so i'll need to find someone else, thank you bye bye"" and hung up on me. My jaw was on the ground. They couldn't have been less interested in my business.

LOVE THEM!!!! Anytime I call, they are able to come out and fix whatever issues I have at any of my properties. If they are not able to come, they will let me know when they will arrive. They also call me to let me know when they are on their way. Office staff is friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable. Quality work for low prices is what they are about.

Called 2x to have someone look for water leak. Would not give a day or time to schedule. DO NOT recommend. Poor business practice and communication.

I never give bad, bad reviews unless I get ripped off.

I've used these guys before without trouble. But this time I called, as we were trying to replace a heating element in a water heater. Normally a simple task, we couldn't get the top element out. So, I asked that they come complete the job.

Which they did. Two guys showed up spent 20 minutes, put OUR heating element in for us, and left. Within a few minutes I realized it wasn't heating, and they said, ""We've got two guys near you, we'll have them drop by."" They came by, scratched their heads, replaced two thermostats which had previously tested good, and left saying, ""Sorry, you have a power problem.""

I knew there was no power problem because the thermostats tested fine and electricity was where it was supposed to be according to a youtube video I finally had resorted to. So, I went through the procedures detailed in the youtube and found a loose connection and got it working.

So, they send me a bill for about $250, and I sent them a check for $100 for the time they spent replacing the heating element, writing a nice note explaining that they were unable to find the problem.

So, I got another bill and decided to call, and got a rude guy in the billing department who offered nothing. ""Technician said you had a power problem."" Well, he did ALSO inform me they were a ""multi-million"" dollar business lol. A week or so later I get a letter from a lawyer claiming he will take me to court over the remaining $125 or $150, whatever it was.

I thought I was being nice paying them anything, except their changing out the element did help solve the problem. Nothing else they did was any help at all. The last two guys they sent out were monkeys. I'm not a plumber but I do know about electricity. You should not have to call both a plumber and an electrician to get a water heater fixed and you should not have to fix it yourself after they leave.

The 1 star is because (a) They couldn't fix the problem, (b) they actually billed me as though they did, and (3) the billing department is manned by a jerk. You don't run off a good customer (returning customer) just because you can't fix the problem.

In my business I don't leave customers down, but if I did, I would not expect to be paid anything (and in fact wouldn't even bill it).
