Just an overall great experience with this company. They did a complete furnace and AC conversion for me which included an electrical panel upgrade. From the start, I felt like they were being honest and fair with me. Because of product delivery issues and PNM's availability, my job was done in three stages involving the furnace upgrade, AC condenser install and electrical panel upgrade. Through each step, every person I interacted with was professional and courteous. They kept me informed of all the details surrounding my upgrade and resolved any questions/concerns quickly and to my satisfaction. Great company to work with! I definitely recommend them!

Contacted Affordable for a AC conversion. Noah came out 2 weeks ago and gave me a quote on a furnace, split ac system and a mini split system for my den. After I got a few more estimates I texted Noah, (The owners son and the guy you see on the commercials) that I was ready to sign a contract with his company, call me after 2 or 3 this afternoon, and he said ""Great, Ill set a reminder in my phone"". Here it is 10 days later and still no call or text. If you pull teeth for them come out and sign a contract for $10,000 whats it gonna take to get the equipment installed or serviced. Not happy with this company as they pushed my remodel plans back 2 weeks. Anyway I signed with TLC and they were here to sign when I was ready and install was fast, clean and professional.

Scheduling the appointment was easy with realistic response times.

The plumber, Chris, was excellent! He took the time to quadruple check his workmanship after his spot on diagnosis of my homes low water pressure problem. Chris was patient when explaining the estimate and reviewing their warranty policies with me. Best part of all, he allowed me to be to be present during the diagnosis/repair while retaining the failed parts for me see.

Kudos to Affordable Service to has Chris in their employ!

My household will definitely be a repeat customer when it comes time for future plumbing needs.

This is the second time I've had Affordable come out to my house, the first time for a furnace issue in the winter, and today for AC troubles. Both times Daniel was my service technician, and both times I've gotten nothing short of excellent service. He was very thorough in investigating the issues with my heating and cooling system, taking the time to explain what he was looking at, and what the issues were. Daniel gave me recommendations to help keep my system running well, and made sure that everything was in proper working order before he left. The price for the service calls and repairs were very reasonable, and I absolutely would recommend Affordable to anyone needing repair or replacement for their heating and air conditioning systems.

Last year one of my toilets was malfunctioning, and it was repaired for $134.61. The repair included a new shut off valve (faucet), supply line (hose), the fill valve and the flapper.

Recently my other toilet was doing the exact same thing. Unfortunately my plumber of choice was unavailable, so I called Affordable. I was expecting the same work at about the same price. Affordable replaced the fill valve and a seal. Period. For the grand price of $219.75, and that's after a whopping generous 5% senior discount. And a 30-day guarantee. I do not feel comfortable about their work at all. It's working properly at the moment, but for how long?

I will never use them again.

My mother in law hired Affordable Plumbing to come out to do some work on her AC unit/Refrigerate Air, they diagnosed the 1 problem I pointed out. They proceeded to misdiagnose in other areas, so before they even proceeded to do the repair the pressure salesman came out and wanted to sell my mother in law a contract for $1,400 bucks, they made it sound like a Great deal, Buyer beware, To make a long story short, they never corrected the problem, my mother in law had to hire another company more capable. Affordable Plumbing, I mean not so Affordable owes my mother in law $1,400 bucks. I will be contacting a manager for resolution.

I see a ton of negative reviews on here for these guys.

I have used affordable a handful of times on my forced air ac unit and I recently used them to replace my entire house's water pipes. They literally did it for less than half of what other plumbers were asking. TLC quoted me $20,000.
I know everyone's experience is different, but I have never had a huge problem with these guys. They have showed up very late in the day in the middle of summer when my house was sweltering from an ac malfunction and got my family cool again quickly. Same day I called. They repiped my entire house in 2 days. They did a good job and we have great water pressure now. The technicians are always polite and down to earth.

I called Affordable to replace my old water heater. The manager Kevin sent someone out right away. Kurt took out my old water heater and replaced it with a new one. Not only was he very professional and very courteous, he did an outstanding job. I am elderly and Affordable made me feel very comfortable, I will call them for any future needs.

""Don't know whatchya got...'til it's gooonnnnnnnne"" and when you lose A/C in the middle of a record heat wave, you'll be singing a sad, sad song indeed. Called Affordable and had a tech out to the house in under 24 hours. They offered several solutions, with straightforward quotes, and set about repairing our issue as soon as we gave the green light. They're not the cheapest, but their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Services come with great warranties, something I appreciate.
