Hands down the absolute BEST Plummers around. We have now used them for two jobs, which the second was replacing our hot water heater this morning. The larger job I'll go into more detail below.....The first job was a messy and large one replacing sewage pipes under our rancher in the middle of July. They were very personable and kept us informed the whole day, which was a good 8-9 hours. They were very polite as well as clean! They left our home looking as if they hadn't been here considering they were in extremely hot and muddy conditions in a small tight space. We still cannot thank you enough for saving us thousands and always having a smile!!

So here's where the fun begins!! The first time we met them was in July of 2019, when they were recommended to us from a company who we had working with us because a sewage line had burst under our home. They came out within under an hour to evaluate what was going on, as well as give an estimate and date when it could be repaired by. We had several well known and liked companies come through to give us estimates. EVERY one of the companies before Jay and Noah all insisted we had to dig up our front lawn, as well as rip out the front porch to replace the pipe that bust along with everything else under the house. All quotes were well over $10,000 for the whole job. We had anxiety from the moment the first Plummers had come by up until Rickerts pulled up.

Jay and Noah went under the crawlspace and evaluated everything and showed us that the lines under the front porch and lawn were still in good condition. They told us it wasn't necessary to replace them at the time. They of course told us they would eventually need to be done but not in the near future. They gave us an amazing quote and were able to work with the other company who was dealing with the cleanup and removal of water under the house. They were always here right as the said and with a smile on their faces knowing what mess they were going into!

We had run into a unmovable clog working with a drain clearing company. Since there was no cleanout that we could locate, our access to the line was limited to the vent and was preventing a successful clearing. I was afraid that we might have to excavate. The drain clearing co called Jay from Rickert, (as they work together sometimes) just to stop by and give an opinion and perhaps a quote. Jay and his colleague stopped by looked at everything. Then we went out front. In the one 4 square inch area that we hadn't kicked around, Jay finds a partially buried cleanout. Total game changer for my situation. No charge. Didn't even want to take a tip. The drain cleaning company came back out, we went in again, but now through the newly located clean out. Problem now solved. Jay, thanks so much again. Now that the drain is clear, we don't need his services (yet), but if and when we do, we know who we'll be calling!
