Best Plumber around !! He has always been on time, clean, and reasonably priced !! I was referred by several friends before I called him and so glad I finally did. Fixed all of my issues immediately and followed up afterword to ensure complete satisfaction !! I will never use anyone else.

I had a leak at my washing machine and a clog in my drain. Called Rickers plumbing and Rick came out and took care of both issues. Rick recommended a fix and we went with it. We had that same repair done by two other plumbers in the past that fixed the issue we had but not the problem. Rick recommended update the size of the main drain from our washing machine because the pipes in our old house couldn't handle the volume of water the new washers were pumping out. Well our problem was solved and haven't had any issues since . I would call Rickers plumbing again if needed, you should too!

Worst plumbing company ever! Couldn't clear a drain after 3 times charged me $285 each time and still couldn't fix it and said he didn't have the equipment. When I went to new plumber he cleared drain first time for $100 and explained it was standard equipment just had to be done from vent on roof standard procedure. In other words Rickers was too lazy to do a standard procedure even after charging me so much. When I wrote a letter to complain the owner himself wrote me a nasty letter and only a $100 refund after being a well paying customer for years. Lazy mean and incompetent! Shame on Rickers for such poor quality and shame on me for over paying without checking around for so many years.

Rickers Plumbing installed two water heaters in our attic. the installation was difficult to say the least. The opening to the attic was narrow, and it took some doing to get the old water heaters out. It involved hauling the new water heater up to the atic via the drop down hatch and ladder system. they showed up on time, got the job done efficiently in a workmanship manner and cleaned up after themselves. The price was fair for a most difficult job. Couldn't recommend Rickers Plumbing more highly

This review is not service based, it involves an employee of Rickers plumbing who dinged my car in my home private parking area.
This employee was reversing in his work truck and hit my front bumper. I was in my house and heard it happen, and I walk out I see the driver on his phone to his ear. He acknowledged I was there, and thinking he would end his conversation to make sure everything was ok, instead I stood there for about 4 minutes before he bothered getting out of the truck. He approached me by saying ""So, what do you want to do about this?"" His demeanor was very uncomfortable for me. I choose to simply take of photo of his insurance card incase serious damages were done. I wanted write something here because if I were doing business with this company, I would like to be informed of the characteristics of someone I was allowing to enter my home.

Spoke to them today in regards to a GE water heater. He told me how to handle the situation from GE, get the parts, very honest. Said once we got the parts he'd be able to come out and fix the issue. Appreciate his time and help!
