We've hired Adam to install a toilet. Great communicator, helpful, reliable, gave a ton of context/help in choosing the right toilet.
Called him back bc we had a separate issue with a smell in the house. He found the cause in 2 min (add water to the pea-trap), was on his way, and didn't charge anything.
We'll definitely be using Rick Wilson Plumbing (Adam) again in the future.

I cannot say enough good about Adam and Axel from Rick Wilson Plumbing. Our water heater had been out for almost a week (turns out, 12 years is a good long life for their species). Another plumber strung us along for several days only to let me know on the day he was supposed to be there, after I asked when he would be there, that he wasn't going to make it. I called Adam, who said he could replace it the next day, for cheaper than the other guy, for a much better water heater. He texted me the next day to let me know he was going to be EARLY. He and Axel showed up, replaced the water heater, brought everything up to code, and hauled the old one away in just a little over an hour. Efficient, honest, friendly, and punctual. We will be calling Rick Wilson Plumbing again if we need anything else.

I'm new to the area and needed a plumber for what I considered somewhat minor work. I had a water heater that didn't heat the whole tank and some faucet needed changing out. I got 2 other estimates before Adam from Rich Wilson Plumbing came over. The others told me I would need to replace the water heater and the other work for take hours, almost all day, to complete. Adam and his very efficient technician completed all requested work in under 2 hours. From the first contact with Rick Wilson plumbing, Adam does what he says he's going to do, shows up when he says he will and completed the job in the time estimated. I'm so happy I found this shop. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a plumber.

Friday afternoon emergency call for sheared off external faucet. Only shutoff was main valve to the house. Came out in one hour and despite the difficult crawl space finished within an hour. Gave an estimate over the phone and ended up charging less.

Big name plumbers wanted that much just to show up. Avoided them because of prior experience that resulted in ridiculous charges.

This is a local family business. Only way to go.
