Kimberly V.They did a good job. I was not thrilled about the mess they left after their work. They showed up most the time when they were supposed to, but there were a few times they didn't and that set our project back. But mostly because of the messes left after they were done is why the 4 star. I think the work was 5 star. I would call them again for my next project and just be a little more clear about cleaning up their messes.
Follow up review from incident on 12/24/23Follow: Had the repair appt for 1/5/23 @11 ish. They showed up at 9am. Ok.ollow I had emptied under the sink for the faucet run-on issue, SHOWN ON THE BID, and Brian said he didn't think he could get a part for it. I gave him the pkg label I found under the sink. He just turned away and showed my husband how to turn the house water off in the basement. I had reminded my husband to address how my toilet would no longer FILL after they left on 2/24, but did flush after KEEPING water in the tank, possibly not getting the street box turned all the way on? No more water, Dr appt in hour or so. Contacted Rhonda at the office and told her what was going on. She tried. The men overrode actually operating and acknowledging the problem (that I have a video of). I googled and found the part in 5 minutes on Amazon. I get home and the 2 workers were leaving. Inside I find that they had replaced a sink drain? - which we provided, my husband didn't know about run-on issue - which magically had stopped, they had reconnected the pipes that had been cut and capped, gutted my toilet?? and TOOK the fairly new system (had a bright green top on it). They got a check for the entire bid amount. 26 days later the faucet starts the run-on again. See copy/paste below from text for how they treat customers and back their work. For the record, they didn't install the sink.

Rhonda- I'm hoping you can help me. We had repairs done earlier this month on a bid from our Christmas Eve water break. The bid included fixing the faucet run-on in the kitchen. It worked fine for a couple of weeks. Now it's doing the same thing again. I wasn't happy with repair day and now, after paying $1275, it is running on again. Can you tell me what they did to it? It needs to be a permanent fix please.
Thanks,
Lori Wild
I thought we had settled that it drips because high arch faucet & you found the cartridge on Amazon & your husband fixed it? Or is this a different issue?

No. That's what the guys from there said. I did order a part on Amazon but when I got home from my dr appt it was fixed. My husband knows nothing. At all. I canceled the part on Amazon. So I have no idea what was done but it worked for a while. Plus, it didn't do it since we moved here in July and now again.
I talked to Craig & he said we can't warrantee a faucet that we didn't provide. He said it's normal for a little bit of a drip because the water trapped in the faucet, if the faucet is defective you need to call the company you got the faucet from. All we did was install it, if it was continuously dripping non-stop the it would be the cartridge. If you want us to come back & put in a different faucet we will but there will be a charge.

Nope. Can't get anyone to understand the situation. Thanks for responding.
I have had sewer problems for many years, I have 5 maple trees in my yard. The roots from these beautiful trees cause havoc to my tile system. Once again, my sewer was completely clogged, and I couldn't get it opened. I called another company, they came quickly, inspected the problem. He attempted to clear the tile and told me that I had a broken tile, it could not be cleared and the cost to repair the sewer line would cost $28,000. I then called Rick Ray and asked for an estimate to make these repairs. They came the same day after dark and cleared the clog within about an hour had the tile open and running freely. Cost $165.00. Thank you, Rick Ray!
The best in town. Great technicians, great call center, friendly, fast service. We have used Rick ray multiple times and will continue to do so.
They were just here and gone in a flash!!! They got my main sewer drain un clogged fast!! I tried another company and they failed miserably!! Tried it myself---failed. I am impressed!! I know what I'm doing, but these guys are well equipped and know what they are doing. Again!! U guys impressed me and that is real hard to do.
Deno P.Replacing a sump pump is a time sensitive problem and Ricky Ray Sons responded quickly to complete the work. I called other plumbers and would of had to wait for weeks to have some one come out to replace the sump pump. Rick Ray Sons recognized the situation I faced and worked me into their schedule.
Dave R.Yesterday I developed a bad leak in in my bathroom sink; there was water everywhere. They sent someone out today. He arrived right on time, and fixed the problem for what I consider a reasonable price. I was very pleased with the service I received.
I would give a zero but I have to give one. I called about a broken seal on my upstairs toilet. The seal broke and water came through my ceiling. I called and they assured me they would be out. NO CALL NO SHOW!! Professionalism has always been bad, in the trades, but this is really bad!!
Ke S.They told me on the phone that it would be $50.00 to walk in the door. My basement flooded, but when he got there it was dried out and the water heater started right up. He was there about 5 minutes then billed me $135.00. said because I had to pay his travel time...RIP OFF!!! Will not use them again.
Jackson H.Sewer had a blockage and it caused water to come back into the house. Called 3 separate contractors and they all said it wouldn't be until the evening they could be here(noon at the time of the calls)
When I called Allied they forwarded me to Rick Ray.
I called and the owner answered and within five minutes he connected to to one of his technicians and he headed towards us.
Shane had our sewer opened and talked with me about measures we could take to replace the damaged tile but with absolutely no pressure.
The fast reaction time, friendly service and fair pricing all combine to give this outfit a 5/5
I recommend them to anyone!
