Recommended by park residents. Showed up 8:35 AM for appt. I greeted before arriving at door. Good morning, he spotted old pipe by door and said guess this is what we are running into. I had replied under kitchen sink because of bad grease clog. Turned out to also be further down in floor and I did not have snake to clean out. Called Rick Moore. Told him of the issue and he said we make time slots according to what's wrong. You said clogged sink. It was. I spent 50 years in the service industry. 10 as a tech trained plumber( did not own a snake) 38 in Pest Control. Appointments always went longer. You just politely call next customer and explain. He did the work, price was okay. Left his rags in my tub on floor and left dirt foot steps on floor coming in. I have concrete drive. Not likely to call again.

Initial voice that greets you on the phone is not a professional one. You have to ask her name in order to get it (Doreen) which is the first point of poor customer service. So, I ask to set up a service call. She tells me my area is not in their area. I tell her the Web Page says """"services all of Polk County"""". """"Yes. We do"""", Doreen says. But apparently, they don't. It's apparently """"...all of Polk County but not Davenport (which is in Polk County)?"""", i ask. """"That's right"""", says Doreen. Thanks for wasting my time with misleading information. She at least gives me a referral number to an """"Eric's Plumbing"""" which I get voicemail when I call. Also, not a good sign and another waste of m time and a phone call.
