Found Rick Lucas Plumbing and Remodeling on Yelp. Was impress that his response time was 20 minutes not hours. Rick responded to my request for a quote in 10 minutes and called me right back after I requested an to schedule an appointment. He told me that he would be out the end of the day or early tomorrow morning. Rick arrived at 4:30 and assessed our problem with a hole in an old s-trap under the washer basin sink. He worked quickly replacing the entire pipe assembly. He left the work area spotless and the new pipes looks fantastic along with charging us a very fair price. Rick is also very personable and explained all the work that was performed. I would definitely call Rick Lucas Plumbing & Remodeling for any future plumbing needs. Thank you again Rick.

We were having some issues with our plumbing and so we got in touch in order to get a repair quote. Rick was extremely fast with getting back to us, it took around 10 minutes to hear from him which is really great. For most area providers it takes a few hours at least.

We then scheduled the job and it went very well. They gave us a heads up via text when they were on their way and showed up right on time. They were considerate about their presence and didn't cause a big disruption to our work or kids schooling schedule, which is a big deal now that a lot of people are stuck at home due to Covid-19. I also appreciated that they let me know what specific repairs they were going to do prior to doing them, just so we knew what to expect. Once they got started with the work, the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

I'm definitely a fan now and will use them in the future if the need arises.

Rick Lucas Plumbing is the only plumber I will use.
I have had different plumbing emergency's and he came right out and fixed the problem each time.
He is 100% top of the line professional plumber! He installed a water heater last year and did a beautiful job. He fixed my faucet this year and today he fixed my pipe that I drilled a hole into and had an emergency flood in my laundry room. Rick came to the rescue and stopped the leak in no time and put a new piece in. He is very professional, trust worthy and his prices are very reasonable. He is the only plumber that I have trusted in the 30 years I have been a home owner. I totally recommend him!

My outside drain was clogged and backing up into my basement I called a bunch of companies no one came out or didn't have availability until the next day. Very knowledgeable and honest. It was clear he knew what he was doing right away. 2 other plumbers were not able to diagnose, it ended up not even being a plumbing issue! Also- very quick response time. If I ever have a plumbing need again, going straight to him.
