We called Rick because our shower faucet broke off. He told me he would have to look at the faucet to see if it could be replaced easily. He told me it could turn into a bigger job. Rick said he would come out in the early afternoon and would call 15 minutes before. He called at 1:45 and said he would be here around 2:00. Rick was on time. He was professional and confident. Very respectful of our home. He put on shoe covers and used a drop cloth in the bathtub. The job was done in about an hour and the cost was very reasonable. Same day service was really appreciated, and the work was top notch. Rick is our new plumber!
