We found Rick Lucas Plumbing on Yelp and they did a great job with our service call!

We were having some issues with our plumbing and so we got in touch in order to get a repair quote. Rick was extremely fast with getting back to us, it took around 10 minutes to hear from him which is really great. For most area providers it takes a few hours at least.

We then scheduled the job and it went very well. They gave us a heads up via text when they were on their way and showed up right on time. They were considerate about their presence and didn't cause a big disruption to our work or kids schooling schedule, which is a big deal now that a lot of people are stuck at home due to Covid-19. I also appreciated that they let me know what specific repairs they were going to do prior to doing them, just so we knew what to expect. Once they got started with the work, the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

I'm definitely a fan now and will use them in the future if the need arises.

Rick Lucas Plumbing is the only plumber I will use.
I have had different plumbing emergency's and he came right out and fixed the problem each time.
He is 100% top of the line professional plumber! He installed a water heater last year and did a beautiful job. He fixed my faucet this year and today he fixed my pipe that I drilled a hole into and had an emergency flood in my laundry room. Rick came to the rescue and stopped the leak in no time and put a new piece in. He is very professional, trust worthy and his prices are very reasonable. He is the only plumber that I have trusted in the 30 years I have been a home owner. I totally recommend him!

My outside drain was clogged and backing up into my basement I called a bunch of companies no one came out or didn't have availability until the next day. Needed to have an Instant Hot Water Dispenser and garbage disposal remote button installed. Had to drill two holes in my granite countertop to install. Rick was quick to respond with a fair quote. Made the entire process painless and explained everything in detail. Very meticulous and left the place cleaner than he found it! Would definitely recommend and plan on using again soon!

Rick was the first to respond to my Yelp inquiry after I discovered a leaking water heater in my new house. It was on a Saturday morning, and wasn't available until Monday, but eased my mind that based on the pictures I sent through Yelp's questionnaire and description of the problem, that it wasn't in need of emergency service. This was an incredibly smooth process, thanks Yelp!

We arranged an appointment (right through Yelp) for 9am Monday morning...Rick called ahead to confirm and arrived on time. He quickly confirmed his initial impression of either needing a new Temperature & Pressure valve or an expansion tank. Since the valve was cheaper, we started with that, but unfortunately didn't solve things. So he grabbed the tank right off his truck, installed it, and was done with everything in a matter of under 2 hours. He even asked if there was anything else he could take a look at while there, knowing we had just moved in.

In summary, Rick's demeanor, knowledge, and service performance were all commendable and left an excellent impression on us. I'd recommend Rick Lucas plumbing to anyone looking for a professional in this area!

Rick Lucas is the best plumber in the area hands down. Rick and I have worked together for over 25 years. Quick example - today we had a plumbing underground inspection and passed without a problem. To quote the inspector verbatim he said "" it's nice to deal with professionals."" Probably the best compliment around.
