James ..If I could give a negative star I would. I work with Rick one summer, 94 I believe, while I was teaching and personally saw him blow up a clients AC because he said the owner didn't ""pay him quick enough"". If you are looking for HVAC services I would suggest you find a reputable service and it looks like other who had him do work would say the same.
Aaron M.Called them out to fix my AC, they came out and ""repaired"" it, took their 225 dollars and left. An hour later it was obvious it wasnt cooling the house. Now it runs non stop without actually cooling the house. Instead of calling them call me. I can take your money and not fix anything as well.

They said they would be back that Friday (couple days later)
They called back the day they showed up for quote and said how much it would be to fix.
They then didn't call back for 3-4 months. When they finally called I didn't have the $1000+ they wanted for the repair.
Now 3-4 months later I get a bill that needs to be paid.
I call and they tell me pay it we don't care and hung up on me.
Worst customer service ever.
