I was impressed by the professionalism and the diligence. It turned out that it was not a direct plumbing issue, and Art pointed out that the job could actually be done by a handyman and there was no need for their services. I am thankful for their help and honesty!

I saw Rick's Happy Plumber recommended by some of my neighbors, and decided to give them a try. I had them come out to install a new garbage disposal and snake my kitchen drain. They were in and out within an hour and a half. My only issue was the young guy (didn't catch his name) forgot to close my side backyard gate after assisting snaking the drain from outside. Leaving it wide open. I had put my dog outside after they left so luckily I caught it in time, or my dog would've took off.
