Rick is the real deal. I call him the 'wizard' because he has constantly been able to address any plumbing issue we've had including a toilet with a very bizarre flange set up that required years of experience to figure out. Rick services our boiler every year at a very fair price and because of his expertise, we are confident in our heating system. Rick was also part of a total bathroom remodel and expertly installed a full tub and other fixtures. They have been running flawlessly for 3+ years.

I look forward to continuing to work with Rick on other projects including outdoor spigot replacement and (fingers crossed) a ductless split system in the near future.

Very poor service. They kept me waiting for months and never turned up to finish the job after getting paid. Eventually they stopped answering to calls and texts. They drive you insane to get paid. I am finally going to court to resolve this.

I had a very bad experience with this team of husband and wife. this guy says in business for 23yrs and had no idea how to install a floating vanity shelf and sink with basic plumbing and when he messes up the job the couple team kept blaming it on us for the incorrect measurements. As an experienced plumber for being in business for so-called 23 yrs should be aware of the measurements and taking style in consideration before installing and completing the job. he completely messed up our small bathroom job and didn't even bother to fix it rather than blaming on the customers. the floating shelf and sink he installed is not even with the code standards. I have been in designing business for many and never seen anyone so unprofessional, unethical.
just a warning before hiring anyone please do your thorough research as the number of years never tells you how experienced and professional he is.
