We used this company twice and at both times the Plummer who was nice and did his work under an hour that's why I'm giving him the 2 stars, but when we get the bill he charged us for 2 and 1/2 hours of work. I called the office and supposedly the plumber said yeah I was there for that long. Seriously who do they think they're fooling? Never calling them again.

One of the best contractors that I have ever dealt with. i am the building manager for a twenty-four unit condominium. Campos Plumbing & Heating has full capability to deal with the electronically controlled hot water system and makes their workers available when i need them in an emergency. Their company started with us fifteen years ago with the initial installation. After all those years, I would not even begin to use another contractor to deal with our equipment. If your water heating and water storage equipment is located on the roof of the building, as mine is, you will never have to worry that their workers will damage the roof and leave damaging parts on t he roof when they are done. If any call-back of the workers is ever necessary, Campos is quick to respond. It is a pleasure to work with their crews. The workers follow the pandemic masking requirements without ever being told to do so. Best of all, the workers answer all of my questions regarding the equipment. Gerald, building manager.

When I called about getting my toilet drain unclogged I was not given any indication of what the price would be. Someone came out and cleared the line. He had to remove the old very small toilet to get the wipes that someone has been flushed in the toilet. He then put the toilet back. The entire process took 50 minutes and required no parts. I asked him what the charge was and he said he didn't know and I would get a bill. Nearly a month later I got a bill for $270. I feel this is very excessive for a job that one person did without using any parts, and took less than an hour. This was a regular week day. When I called about this I was brushed off by a woman who Insisted that this was a reasonable rate. I don't think it was. I think it was greatly excessive and very sneaky of this company to refuse to give the price either before or even right after it was done. They demanded a carte blanche on the price. I don't think this is any kind of professional way of doing business. I will never use them again and I would recommend that nobody else does either P.S. The man also left a terrible mess in my bathroom.

Rick Campos is my go-to plumbers. They are efficient, neat, and respectful. The dispatcher is pleasant and does her best to send someone out the day of your call.

This company has a contract with the Home Owners association for a condo that I own. As a result I am forced to use them. They're barely competent but because they have a monopoly on the building their attitude is surly, hostile and unprofessional. Just this week they failed to call my tenants to schedule a repair after I called twice. They use antiquated methods. They blamed my unit for a leak on a lower floor that was in fact caused by a pipe between units that the HOA is responsible for. My unit cost me over $5K to repair and my insurance wouldn't reimburse me. The damage to the lower floor was paid for by the HOA, an acknowledgment that my unit wasn't the cause. They're disorganized. Find another plumber - anyone will do a better job.

I never post reviews but I feel compelled to recommend this plumbing company. Two days before leaving on a vacation, our water heater failed. Rick and his son-in-law arrived the next day, installed a new water heater, at a fair price, and the system is working better than ever! I've used these guys several times (after having experienced some real losers in the past) and they've come through every time.

Hire these guys! (but make sure they are still available for me when I need them please)....

SHOCKED by the horrible service. I was given an appointment of 10:00 am only for the plumber to not arrive until after 2:10 pm. To make matters worse, I was constantly told (in reality lied to) that the plumber was a short distance away. Do yourself a favor and go with another company.
