They replaced our well pump and it appears they did not flush the line afterwards as our water was dirty with mud and sediment. Our whole-home filter was clogged with mud and they eventually bypassed it to feed our lines with dirty water. I'm not a plumber, but I do believe a thorough flush would have prevented this. Was told the sediment may even damage our appliances by one of his people. Their employees also trampled mud throughout our utility room and left our carpet wet without even an apology. Also, after noticing some work had been done that was not completed prior, we realized their employees had entered our home without our knowledge and without knocking. When my husband spoke with Rick over the phone on the matter, he states he didn't know. Would never call this company again.

Excellent service, great personal interactions, nice detail/attention to work. They are often here same or next-day when we call. And, you should visit the Greensburg store for Pool Supplies! Wow! What a selection. Highly recommend.

Water heater went out the Friday before 4th of July. He came and tried to fix it, but couldn't. He came back the following Monday to put a new water heater in. Have a 6 year warranty and hot water again. A bit pricey, but he is always nice and explains stuff.

Quick response time when we contacted them. They fixed our shower and got into our crawl space to try to find foul odor. They couldn't find the source, which was a disappointment because the smell is still occurring, so we feel that was a waste of money. Other than that they were very nice and finished quickly.

Rick put in a new well pump system when our previous one failed. Not only did he have the knowledge that our current system was not the correct system for our well, he was also able to located an underground leak and fix it. All that said, he was very reasonable on costs. Rick also has come out same day on numerous occasions when we have had issues arise. He has always charged a fair price and is very knowledgeable in his field. Thanks rick!

He said he could fix a leaking waste line for $1000 by replacing a section of pipe. After the section was replaced they said it didn't actually fix anything and told me I needed to tear out my bathroom cabinet and sink, wall, tile floor, and toilet. After I did all that he would give me a better price, but the last job he did like that cost around $12,000. Then he sent me a bill for $200 for the pipe he replaced that didn't solve my leak. We decided to get other opinions. They all said the same thing, the first guy was a crook! We had it all fixed with extremely minimal damage for $1200.

Rick Adams came and installed a new filter on my pool. He came right away, completely analyzed the problem and fixed it. I had to leave and felt comfortable knowing he would fix my pool without worries. I came home and he explained everything easily. Will call him again without question. BTW my pool looks fabulous!! Very Happy!!!
