We needed a cleanout snaked very badly. I called a different plumber, who said he would have someone out within two hours. I took the day off work and waited and he never showed up, and the plumber I called originally never returned my calls until after 5pm.

I called Richy the next day, and even though he was busy that day, he made sure to take time to get to me. He fixed the issue in no time and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still Ok. He is a standup guy and deserves all 5 stars.

I called several different companies looking for someone to give me a reasonable quote for a toilet install and haul away my old toilet. After several ridiculously high priced quotes a lot of mañana's meaning (tomorrow) which never came and also being told by some companies they didn't do caulking around the base which was odd I was almost going to give up looking.
On my final attempt at contacting a professional plumbing company I came across Richy Rooter and decided to give them a shot, I'm so happy I did. Ricardo was very polite and professional on the phone and in person he gave me a very reasonable quote and was available next day for my toilet install and haul away. He was on time super clean and extremely hard working. Ricardo finished in a decent amount of time and made sure I was happy with the results. I'm so happy I found this company and would absolutely recommend them for your plumbing needs. You would never know the toilet was replaced it looks like it has always been there and we are happy we got the work done so promptly in such short notice.
