Rich's Rooter Service technician, Trevor, just left my house. I had a clogged kitchen sink. Called him and by my good fortune he was available. He solved the problem for a very fair price. Trevor was courteous, polite, and professional. As he was leaving he informed me that he has recently taken over as the new owner. I notice that there are some bad reviews for this company. All are from the work of the previous owner. Give Trevor a shot. He'll do a good job for you.

They did a great job, took care of the problem completely. He's a bit rough around the edges, but he does his job at a fair price. I've had other services attempt to way over charge me and John never does. He can usually make it out the same day. I highly recommend.

The good: My call from the night before was returned early the next morning. The rooter technician fixed the problem in an efficient manner. Rates were fair.

The bad: The technician arrived about two hours later than he estimated on the phone earlier that morning. I understand some of his earlier jobs could have taken longer than he initially thought. Hey, that happens. But I would have appreciated a phone call explaining that he was running behind.

The ugly: The technician's conversation was laced with profanity. I'm glad there were no small children around. This is unnecessary and unprofessional.

They came to service our business and were rude to our employees, refused to sign a Confidentiality agreement, but finally did but said they would still identify people anyway. Their behavior was inappropriate and disrespectful to our employees and clients. This isn't the first time we have witnessed this behavior from this business. We will no longer be using them for our maintenance needs.

If zero stars was an option here, I'd use it. This guy was at my friend's house yesterday and I was in constant contact with them throughout this whole ordeal. Not only was he incredibly rude to them, he also left feces and toilet parts all over their bathroom, after he said he'd be right back and just left. He suggested they put used toilet paper in the garbage instead of flushing it, which is both disgusting and unprofessional, but considering how he just left in the middle of a job after leaving a biohazard in their bathroom, what do you expect. He also complained the entire time about having to do his job, which isn't surprising considering everything else this guy did. Their landlord ended up having to call another company to come and finish the mess this guy left. Do yourself a favor and call anywhere else so the same thing doesn't happen to you.

He was rude. Cussed at our cat. Treated me like I was a complete idiot. Acted like it was an inconvenience to be here. Our elevator is currently out of commission because it's being redone and I live on the fifth floor. He was here maybe half an hour with our maintenance guy and I could hear him complaining the entire time. He informed me the machine he needed was too heavy and he would be back. He never came back. We ended up having another company come and they had the job done in less than an hour. I do not recommend this guy at all.

Rich answered my early morning call, before working hours and I was on his morning schedule. The hard part of septic issues is they never seem to happen at a good time. We have guest arriving tomorrow and panicked when things stopped flowing. I was on the phone early this morning, I expected a recorder, but he answered! He was at my house two hours later and had it cleaned out and functioning. Great service, great price. Thank you Rich!! Highly recommend him !

Had a backed up septic, thought I needed my septic pumped lucky I called Rich's. John called me back and asked me some questions and was pretty sure it wasn't full and sure enough he was right! Came out in about 45mins on a Sunday night and fixed the problem and saved me some money! I recommend!
