This place is a joke. I called at 11:30pm last night. They ""offer"" 24/7 service. I have been paying monthly for a package to cover services. I didn't receive a phone call back until 8am. I have a small child at home and made it very clear that this was an emergency due to the temperatures. And that my AC was not working. (Which they serviced a month ago). They said I was next in line and would be receiving a call from a tech when he was 30 mins out. Its now 5pm and no one has come here. There response was that they were behind from yesterday and they could try to fit me in tmrw. After stringing me along for another day without AC. The temperature inside is 90. Thanks Rich's. For being nothing but a phony form if customer service. No one. I mean no one. Should even consider using this horrendous company. Not to mention one of their workers, Mark... hung up the phone a few times on me. Very professional. This business will be reported to BBB for sure. They messed with the wrong person. Now i just get a call from Rich (the sad excuse for an owner) where he tried to say my credit card wasn't going thru and that I was behind 4 months of a total of $80. I was set on auto pay. Had to get a new credit card due to fraud and never got a message or invoice from them saying that any amount was past due. Cant handle something that i don't know is wrong. They just wanted to throw it in my face instead of taking the responsibility that they are a terrible business. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

unprofessional, disrespectful. When asking for an estimate, the person arrived at the location, no introduction, no words spoken, didnt take measurements for job, didn't ask or answer any questions. When he was asked a question about removing ductwork and tearing things down, he called Rich, who began cursing out the customer for asking a question about tearing down ductwork. He didn't the best options when it comes to efficiency on the furnace.
Waste of time and not worth the phone call or visit.

Great job they did with my water heater today Rich was very professional with the installation also the price was very good compared to the other plumbers I called they left the my home clean and I will def call them again

This was possibly the worst experience I've ever had with a plumber do not hire them do not use them they lie they did bad work day when you come back like they said they would and fix what they did they want to charge me for another service call when they said they wouldn't overall this doesn't even write a star this was supposed to be a reputable plumber I made the mistake of paying them in cash as they requested and I have no recourse don't ever pay in cash.

I called them 9/15/2015 to replace water regulating valve in my house. They just did that to my neighbor this morning for $150/ replacing the valve supplied by owner. Theyasked me $220/- to come and give me an estimate or $400/- to replace it without checking it. I requested to price match the right next door neighbor and they said that he was a previous customer, so they did that to him. So the difference is $470/- for the same work to check it and fix it. When I was explaining this, the guy in the office who answered the phone hung up on me saying if you don't agree to price, don't waste my time. The guy on the phone was so rude. I don't have any issue now, but wanted to replace valve as I was told by a friend that it maybe out of life and will create issue later.
