Rich is awesome! As a new Long Islander, I didn't know it's mandatory to do an annual Backflow testing, so I ignored their first notice. Then I got the second notice mentioned about the fines and shutting off my service if I don't submit the test report in 15 days. I got panicked because we will be out of town in the following week for 10 days. Luckily I found Rich on yelp and he showed up within 4 hrs. He assured me he will take care of everything, including the test and submit the report for me. The whole process took about 20 mins and I got a copy of the report on the same day. The cost is very fair too. Totally satisfied with Rich's service.

We used him last year and he was great. This year he made a 4:30 appointment and instead of calling my husband who made the original appointment with him he calls my cell phone. Our doorbell was dead and he called my phone 3x while I was with patients. He didn't once reach out to my husband who was home the whole time. I call him back and he yelled at me. He then arrives an hour later, rude arrogant yelling at my husband and charges a ""late"" fee. I understand that he was frustrated but I definitely will NOT be using him again. The attitude is uncalled for. Do NOT recommend him.
