Karen D.Horrible plumbing company. I have used them twice but never again. Rarely does someone answer the phone. You have to leave a message and then it takes a day or 2 or 3 or maybe another phone call for them to respond. They show up in a pickup truck with no supplies and have to run out and buy them, which they bill you for the time and supplies. They charged me $588 to remove a bottle cap from a shower drain. Outrageous!
