From the moment I called, till the moment I signed my check, all involved were completely professional, honest & sympathetic to my needs. When Chris arrived he was straight forward to the point & k ew what had to be done... he was honest & showed me the failed parts.. told me what he was doing& fixed everything in a matter of Minutes at a very reasonable price! I could not be happier!!! I hate needing repairs but I know for sure next time I do I'm calling them!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My gas furnace crapped out on me. I called many places and each sent out a Salesman versus a technician. While all were free estimates, the estimates were mostly emailed to me the next day.
Then I met Joseph Vento, one of the owners of Richmond Plumbing. At first I didn't know he was an owner, but I can tell he was no ordinary salesman, he was the owner and an honest business man. He knew his stuff and was a down to earth extremely honest and friendly guy. He gave me a price that blew everyone everyone else away. And I offered an additional $500 if he could do it within the next few days as he first said his schedule was tight. He made some phone calls and told me he did not want the extra money and he would be here the very next morning!!!! Wow!! His staff showed up early and by the end of the day the job was done!!! This was a big job (old water radiator system).
They were polite, professional, and left the place spotless when done. I was lucky to put the bill on an empty charge card and called card company first and they gave me 12 months at 0% financing.

Their service is horrible. I called them for a leak I had in my kitchen and I was told that the plumber will come out the next day between 1pm to 4pm. They never showed up at all. I called them at 4pm and asked them what happened to the plumber. They stated that they can send out a plumber now or I can reschedule. There was no call to say that the plumber was running late or he or she could not make it at the stated time. There was no consideration for me as a customer waiting for over 3 hours for a no show.

Thank God I found this company! I had a bad job down in my basement ( bad pipe work) from unprofessional people that claimed they knew what they was doing, but they didn't and as a result made my basement issue worse and a-lot of money wasted for a botched job. After my terrible experience I did my research to find a legit company and I was blessed to have chuck as my plumber. What chuck and his team did for my situation was amazing. He took his time to evaluate the problem and found other issues that we didn't know about. He is very smart and explained everything to me in simpler terms for me to understand. With working with chuck you can clearly see he loves his job and makes sure the client is happy. They are extremely professional, arrive on time and never left a mess, and very efficient. They never rushed and managed to finish the job under three days. Never felt i was being taken advantage of with this company like i did the other. Richmond employees really care for their clients as if you are there family. They really care about you and not just money. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!!!!

Called for a/c maintenance. From lady on the phone to men who showed up to do work. Very nice. Showed up on time ( little early actually LOL).Neat clean polite workers. Thought price was fair. Had them in a year or so ago for clogged drains but never wrote review but also happy at that time. I would have no problem recommending to others.

Absolutely horrible customer service over the phone. Tried to use my warranty on my water tank after getting off the phone with the company and confirming that the warranty can be used. The woman on the phone at Richmond had still insisted that she and the company cannot fulfill the warranty and claimed that the warranty is no good. Absolutely terrible customer service and stupidity to say the least.

Just used this company and the 2 contractors that came were phenomenal! They were upfront about labor costs as soon as they walked in the door. Gave me a time frame and kept to it. They also threw in a drain snaking for a clogged drain as well. They were neat and removed the old piping. I highly recommend this firm.
