Thank God I found this company! I had a bad job down in my basement ( bad pipe work) from unprofessional people that claimed they knew what they was doing, but they didn't and as a result made my basement issue worse and a-lot of money wasted for a botched job. After my terrible experience I did my research to find a legit company and I was blessed to have chuck as my plumber. What chuck and his team did for my situation was amazing. He took his time to evaluate the problem and found other issues that we didn't know about. He is very smart and explained everything to me in simpler terms for me to understand. With working with chuck you can clearly see he loves his job and makes sure the client is happy. They are extremely professional, arrive on time and never left a mess, and very efficient. They never rushed and managed to finish the job under three days. Never felt i was being taken advantage of with this company like i did the other. Richmond employees really care for their clients as if you are there family. They really care about you and not just money. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!!!!

They do competent work, when they show up. Don't have an emergency and need them pronto, 24/7 coverage NOT. Overall rating is neutral.

Called for a/c maintenance. From lady on the phone to men who showed up to do work. Very nice. Showed up on time ( little early actually LOL).Neat clean polite workers. Thought price was fair. Had them in a year or so ago for clogged drains but never wrote review but also happy at that time. I would have no problem recommending to others.

Absolutely horrible customer service over the phone. Tried to use my warranty on my water tank after getting off the phone with the company and confirming that the warranty can be used. The woman on the phone at Richmond had still insisted that she and the company cannot fulfill the warranty and claimed that the warranty is no good. Absolutely terrible customer service and stupidity to say the least.

Just used this company and the 2 contractors that came were phenomenal! They were upfront about labor costs as soon as they walked in the door. Gave me a time frame and kept to it. They also threw in a drain snaking for a clogged drain as well. They were neat and removed the old piping. I highly recommend this firm.

I had an ongoing problem w my toilet, that a previous plumber made worse . Chuck from Richmond plumbing came hours earlier than expected ( which was great ), he immediately located the problem and had a new part installed in 15 minutes ! Pleasant, knowledgeable, polite and neat . Will call Richmond Plumbing for all future plumbing needs . I highly recommend !

Called them for a plumbing emergency. No water in the house. I waited 5 days and still no water. They could care less. Told us they were waiting for permit. They could have gotten one by fax but every day another lie. Cancelled job and wouldn't you know DEP contacted us about a leak. Nothing tells me THEY didnt calle DEP on us. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone!!! How would any of them like to be without WATER for 5 days plus!!! Horrible people. One star because you can't post without it but they deserve NO stars!!! It says San Francisco but this is Staten Island! I have no idea how that happened.

I called them this morning as the base of my toilet was sliding. They assured me they could arrive in about one hour and they did. Chuck and Raul were professional, clean and quick and didn't try to oversell unnecessary repairs. They cleaned up after themselves and left the most detailed receipt I have ever read. Bonus, the price was good.
