I began assisting my father as a teenager. On weekends, I accompanied him to job sites to lend a hand. I gained knowledge by watching him and pitching in when necessary. My enthusiasm for building grew, and I began working with stone and rock engravings. I studied at an overseas academy that refined my abilities. I started my career with prominent companies in New York City. I also worked in New Jersey, South Carolina, and North Carolina before settling in Richmond. I’ve been a Richmond resident with my family for 25 years.
