I called Richie D for an estimate on a clogged kitchen sink that Roto Rooter quoted me $800-900 to fix. Richie sent a plumber out the next business day (Ivar), and he cleared out the clog and replaced the pipes below the sink for just under $200. Granted, I bought the parts from Home Depot but still the difference in price was substantial. The next time I have a plumbing issue I will call Richie D before anyone else.

I would strongly encourage people to consider another provider. Ivar is quick to respond, but that is the only thing he does right. He didn't show up on time, he rushed through the job, did not cleaning up after himself, charged me more then what I was quoted for the job. Wait there is more... when I ask for justification for the price increase he was condescending, and said he was late for a bowling engagement. That is a new one for me.

The nail in the coffin, and the reason I'm writing this review. The issue I paid him to fix came back 1 week later. When I called him to evaluate it he did not return my call. After calling him everyday for a week, I calling him from a different phone number and he picked up. When I asked him why he didn't return my call, he said he was too busy to deal with coming back for my drain. I asked him to refund my money, he laughed and hung up.

Ivar is awesome and very skilled! I had a clogged drain that 2 different plumbers couldn't fix. Ivar not only fixed it, he clearly explained everything that was happening and taught me so much. He went above and beyond my expectations. He was also quick (same day service) and totally reasonable pricing. Will def use again.

Where to start!! Ivar fixed the problem I had with the sewer lines,he is a genius,well priced and super knowledgeable in what he does,6stars!
He fixed what other plumbers tried to fix with no success,I recommend this guy at 100%
