I apologize for not remembering the name of the guy that runs this business (it's not Richie). If you are ever in the need for drain services I HIGHLY recommend this company because of their professionalism, good work and fair prices. I had a stubborn backup in my basement a few years ago. I rented a 50ft snake from Home Depot and it still didn't clear it. I called this place and he came out the same day. It took him 80ft of snaking but he got my basement backup unclogged. I was so appreciative. All he does is drains and he knows what he's doing. His price was as quoted but I did give him a little extra for his good work. I have a friend in Morristown that paid 4x as much as I did for the SAME work. This shows me that he prices things fairly. Years later, I've never had another backup.

I called Richie D for an estimate on a clogged kitchen sink that Roto Rooter quoted me $800-900 to fix. Richie sent a plumber out the next business day (Ivar), and he cleared out the clog and replaced the pipes below the sink for just under $200. Granted, I bought the parts from Home Depot but still the difference in price was substantial. The next time I have a plumbing issue I will call Richie D before anyone else.
